LONDON — A knife attack on a train that left 11 people injured on Saturday night was not a terrorist incident, said police, as two British nationals were arrested on suspicion of attempted murder.
Of the nine people thought to have life-threatening injuries, four have been discharged, and two "remain in a life-threatening condition," Superintendent John Loveless said in an update on Sunday morning.
“At this stage there is nothing to suggest that this is a terrorist incident," he added, noting that both suspects, men aged 32 and 35, were born in the United Kingdom and remain in separate police stations for questioning.

I guess that means it was definitely a terror attack.

More like second generation foreigners. It’s typical for second generation foreigners, of a certain religion, to become radicalized.
It has been said that the children of immigrants are more radical than the first generation. Plenty of Pakistanis have had children "born in the United Kingdom". Doesn't really make them yeoman farmers having a pint down at the pub.
Of course it isn’t a terrorist attack as the assailants are black.
If it were one person, possibly they had garden variety insanity. But two acting together?
Think I need to see the Brit definition of a “terror attack”.

In the UK, prisons are Islamic. Tommy Robinson had to be put in isolation when he was in prison.
Just like in America, usually prisoners will convert non-believers to Islam.
If the assailants were White, Christian Britons, that information would have been leaked almost immediately.
Police also said it was a “mostly peaceful” train ride.
I wonder if the attackers ate bacon this morning?
If they were not a protected class, they would be identified in the media.
Just because they had British citizenship and were born in Britain doesn’t mean they weren’t terrorist. Britain has been importing Muzzis for several generations; they could be grandchildren of ‘immigrants’.
Presumption is terrorist until facts are released.
