MADISON, Wis. (AP) — A federal judge in Wisconsin on Wednesday ruled that a wrongful death lawsuit filed by the father of a man shot and killed by Kyle Rittenhouse during a protest in 2020 can proceed against Rittenhouse, police officers and others. The father of Anthony Huber, one of two men shot and killed by Rittenhouse, filed the lawsuit in 2021, accusing officers of allowing for a dangerous situation that violated his son's constitutional rights and resulted in his death. Anthony Huber's father, John Huber, also alleged that Rittenhouse, who was 17 at the time of the shootings, conspired...

The man who survived being shot by Kyle Rittenhouse filed a secret petition to change his legal name after his past as a violent career criminal was exposed. Gaige Grosskreutz, 29, has called for an investigation by the Milwaukee County Clerk of Circuit Court on how the sealed petition was leaked to a conservative news outlet this week. Grosskreutz, of West Allis, said he has received death threats in the two years since he was shot in the arm during the protest in Kenosha, Wisconsin. The August 2020 protests famously left Anthony Huber and Joseph Rosenbaum dead at the hands...

The Wisconsin city of Kenosha is reportedly weighing if it should build a memorial to one of the men who was shot dead by Kyle Rittenhouse during the August 2020 riots. Aldermen late Monday began considering a proposal to memorialize Anthony Huber with a tree and plaque in the city’s Anderson Park, according to The Daily Mail. The news outlet reported that Huber’s girlfriend, Hannah Gitting, put forward a motion for the memorial and that she would be responsible for the upkeep of the memorial if the city moves forward. Huber, a 26-year-old who had a prison record and reportedly...

Attention John Durham, reference Stephen Somma “Carter Page alleged in a lawsuit filed last week that an FBI counterintelligence agent used an alias during interviews with him in 2017. A retired FBI official who has worked in undercover operations says that an agent using an alias in that situation would be highly unusual. Page said in the lawsuit that Stephen Somma, a veteran counterintelligence agent, introduced himself as Steve Holt during their interviews. An inspector general’s report criticized Somma’s actions during the FBI’s Crossfire Hurricane probe. (Snip) According to Page, veteran FBI counterintelligence agent Stephen Somma introduced himself as Steve...

Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) Director Gina Haspel is personally blocking the declassification and release of key Russiagate documents in the hopes that President Donald Trump will lose his re-election bid, multiple senior U.S. officials told The Federalist. The officials said Haspel, who served under former CIA Director John Brennan as the spy agency’s station chief in London in 2016 and 2017, is concerned that the declassification and release of documents detailing what the CIA was doing during the 2016 election and the 2017 transition could embarrass the CIA and potentially even implicate Haspel herself. “Haspel and [FBI Director Christopher] Wray...

One man died after being shot in the head and a second man died after being shot in the chest. A third man was wounded after Rittenhouse blew part of his arm off with a rifle. 26-year-old Gaige Grosskreutz had his arm partially blown off after he aggressively rushed at 17-year-old Kyle Rittenhouse, who had just tripped and fallen while being chased by the BLM mob. Grosskreutz had a gun in his hand when he ran up to Rittenhouse, so in self defense, the 17-year-old discharged his weapon, blew off part of Grosskreutz’s arm, saving his own life. This first...

Kyle Rittenhouse, the 17-year-old kid who shot three rioters Tuesday night in Kenosha, Wisconsin, killing two of them, is an American hero. That’s an unpopular opinion among the Marxists trying desperately to remold our nation into a hellhole, of course. They’re putting in overtime painting him as Literally Hitler. The narrative is as you’d expect from the militant Left: Rittenhouse, a 17-year-old white minor (his race is very important to the narrative), drove across state lines with an illegally obtained AR-15 for the express purpose of scaring people and/or engaging in violence. Unfortunately for the Left and their propaganda machine,...

On Tuesday night two people were killed in the continued violence in Kenosha, Wisconsin. It appears they were killed by the same shooter, a 17-year-old by the name of Kyle Rittenhouse. Another individual shot by Rittenhouse appears to have been carrying a handgun. A new video slowed down shows a man hitting the accused Rittenhouse with a skateboard after Rittenhouse fell down running from what perhaps was his first episode with a gun.

Now that it is confirmed Joseph Rosenbaum was one of the people shot and killed by alleged gunman Kyle Rittenhouse in Kenosha, I filmed him earlier in the night taunting the armed civilians, saying, "Shoot me, n***a."

A British court decision unmasks new evidence of FBI abuses in the Russia collusion probe. It was in London that the whole Russia collusion caper began four years ago, so it seems only fitting that as the discredited probe enters its final phase that damning new evidence of the FBI’s failures would emerge back in England. This week when a British judge ruled against the former FBI human source Christopher Steele, the decision delivered more than an order for the former spy’s company to pay damages to two Russian businessmen maligned by his dossier. It also introduced new incontrovertible evidence...

Child exploitation cases merit federal prosecution. My office files dozens of child exploitation cases every year. Each year, the ages of the children in the images get younger, and an increasing number of offenders use online platforms to target children. The label “child pornography” fails to capture the true essence of the crimes. More accurately described, our prosecutions involve images that depict sexual violence and rape of children by depraved adult perpetrators. Even one image of this violence would evoke tears, nausea or anger from a parent, grandparent or any human being. Yet federal defendants record and possess videos and...

. Harmless George Papadopolous was sentenced in 2018. 2018! The fact nothing has happened to Comey and Biden in 2020 tells nothing me nothing is going to happen. Remember Cohen, they raided his office to get Trump and he’s already been sentenced and sent away. On the cases where time goes by, they aren’t interested, those people will never be Prosecuted, ever. That Fairy tale is a fig leaf to keep ratings going.

Are you possibly getting a wee little bit tired of all this WINNING yet? No? – Yeah, you know what’s coming: All major U.S. stock indexes – the NASDAQ, the S&P 500 and the Dow – closed at all-time record high levels on Thursday as the markets recognized the soundness of the Trump Administration’s strategy vis a vis Iran even as the Democrats and their corrupt media toadies raged on about it. And it’s only going to get better today, as pre-market trading futures indicate the markets will open at new record levels later this morning. Truly, it never gets...

After it claimed no such document existed, the Justice Department just unearthed a letter Matt Whitaker delivered to the Utah U.S. attorney directing a review of how the department handled the Clinton Foundation and the Uranium One issues. Then-Attorney General Jeff Sessions wrote the letter on Nov. 22, 2017 for Utah U.S. Attorney John Huber. Matt Whitaker, who was Sessions’ chief of staff at the time, emailed the letter to Huber that day, writing, “As we discussed.” He also sent Huber a copy of a letter the Justice Department’s Congressional affairs chief sent to the chairman of the House Judiciary...

When then-AG Jeff Sessions announced 15 months ago that US Attorney for Utah, John Huber, would be conducting a review of the FBI’s use of wiretapping on the Trump campaign, initial hopes soon turned to disappointment that nothing seemed to be happening. But yesterday, former Acting Attorney General Matthew Whitaker rather casually mentioned (or perhaps let slip) during an interview with Sandra Smith that Huber is looking at “Comey’s memos and the like…. And there’s a lot of things Bill Barr is going to be bringing to a conclusion.†Watch below, cued to the moment he mentions this: (hat...

FULL TITLE: Shocking New Information On Hillary Clinton Investigations Revealed By AG Barr In CBS Interview, Downplayed And Ignored By Liberal Media ====================================================================== Conservative media and former federal prosecutors are highlighting a portion of the recent CBS News interview with Attorney General William Barr, where Barr informed the public that after U.S. Attorney John Huber was tapped to investigate the FISA applications to target the Trump campaign for spying and the subsequent electronic surveillance of Carter Page, Huber "stood back and put that on hold while the Office of Inspector General was conducting its review." Coverage of that statement has...
