The man behind the racy "Girls Gone Wild" franchise has a new show set to debut on cable this week. Joe Francis has made millions selling controversial videos of young, often drunk women exposing themselves. Now, his reality show, "The Hottest Girl in America," is headed to the HDNet Channel.
