  • Part Five - Fuddy Illegally Executes the Plan

Summary: When Loretta Fuddy took over, after Palafox’s forced resignation, she had a new BC created for Obama at the request of law enforcement using Stig Waidelich’s BC#. In order to hide that Obama’s BC# was illegally stolen from Waidelich, she altered at least 3 other BC#’s and fed them to the public via a stunt orchestrated with CNN and Stig and Monica Waidelich, a complicit Johanna Ah Nee, and a death certificate forgery - to try to hide how the BC’s were numbered. After first conspiring with the AG’s office and Michael Issikof to lay a foundation of lies...

Three events that made no sense at the time now make sense. I'll C&P the substance in the first comment so the HTML will (hopefully) transfer.

Part Three: The Law Enforcement Provision Part 1 documented deliberate red flags placed into Virginia Sunahara’s fabricated death certificate by a HDOH worker, which is presumably that worker’s protest at being ordered to illegally falsify records. Similar red flags are found in the BC’s of Ah Nee and Obama (more on Obama’s later). Part 2 documented that 4 of the 6 Aug 1961 BC#’s on legal documents issued by the HDOH could not have been the BC’s originally assigned in 1961. The anomalous BC#’s revealed so far belong to Virginia Sunahara, Johanna Ah Nee, Barack Obama, and Stig Waidelich. Obama’s...
  • Finishing the Puzzle

This is the first in a series of posts that will use key puzzle pieces to finish the puzzle of Obama's documentation problems. The first piece of the puzzle is Virginia Sunahara's death certificate, which shows us not only that high officials in the HDOH have ordered vital records to be fabricated, but reveals that the subordinates stuck doing the dirty-work are resisting by raising red flags in the forgeries they create. I don't know how to get the formatting and images to transfer from a PDF so for now you'll have to look at my blog, but if somebody...

Jerome Corsi states that Obama was born in Kenya. He also claims that he is closing in on Mark Niesse as the forger of Obama's BC in Hawaii.

As if disobeying their vital records statutes in full sight of everybody isn't enough, Hawaii officials have now decided to throw their Open Records Law (UIPA) overboard as well - by calling even a first request a "duplicitous request". The first comment has the story, since it allows HTML.
  • Update: Breaking from Hawaii: No More Long-Form Birth Certificates!

Miki Booth has just reported via telephone to The Post & Email that a man born and currently residing in Hawaii went to the Department of Health this morning and requested a copy of his long-form birth certificate. He was refused, told that it was no longer available and that all he could obtain is the short-form document. The man had obtained his short-form “Certificate of Live Birth” several weeks ago and reported to Miki that the request form had had two different boxes which could be checked: one indicating that the short-form was being requested and the other that...
  • Unveiling the Hawaii Department of Health Official Seal

    12/04/2010 8:15:43 PM PST · by Bridgetteb · 47 replies
At long last. A copy of the Hawaii Department of Health seal has been disclosed by the department directly. And it’s a doozy. A records request made under the Uniform Information Practices Act (UIPA), Hawaii’s Open Records law, for a black and white copy of the Hawaii Department of Health’s (HDOH) departmental seal as described as “Exhibit A” in their agency administrative rules has yielded disclosure of an electronic copy of the Department’s embossed seal. I have posted it for download and viewing at the end of this post.

"The Post & Email has been requesting Certificates of Nomination from the Hawaii Elections Office since July but has been denied access, even though the documents in question have been in the public domain for many months and have been reported on extensively by other researchers and bloggers. We previously reported that our requests to both the Department of Health and the Elections Office and those of many other citizens have been stonewalled, denied, ignored, or responded to by an attempt to bill the other party for an item that was never produced."
  • The Great Birth Index Fiasco

The Great Birth Index Fiasco Back in February I requested to see, among other things, the hand-written birth index for 1961 (or microfilms of the hand-written index), which existed in 1980 and was required to be retained permanently. The HI State Archivist confirmed that the HDOH should have the document, but the HDOH said they didn’t have it. The entire history of that request is here. The concluding response the HDOH gave was a claim that they did not have the handwritten 1961 birth index but that they could print the computer-generated 1961 birth index at a cost of $98.75,...
