The Makani Kai Air cessna that crash landed into the waters off Molokai last week has been recovered from the bottom of the ocean, and is on its way to Honolulu.

This is the first in a series of posts that will use key puzzle pieces to finish the puzzle of Obama's documentation problems. At long last. A copy of the Hawaii Department of Health seal has been disclosed by the department directly. And it’s a doozy. A records request made under the Uniform Information Practices Act (UIPA), Hawaii’s Open Records law, for a black and white copy of the Hawaii Department of Health’s (HDOH) departmental seal as described as “Exhibit A” in their agency administrative rules has yielded disclosure of an electronic copy of the Department’s embossed seal. The Great Birth Index Fiasco Back in February I requested to see, among other things, the hand-written birth index for 1961 (or microfilms of the hand-written index), which existed in 1980 and was required to be retained permanently.
