A New Hampshire Supreme Court Justice has been indicted by a grand jury for allegedly trying to interfere in an open investigation of her husband. In an Oct. 16 statement from the New Hampshire Department of Justice, Attorney General John Formella said the Merrimack County grand jury had indicted Justice Anna Barbara Hantz Marconi for two felonies and five misdemeanors.
