A New Hampshire Supreme Court Justice has been indicted by a grand jury for allegedly trying to interfere in an open investigation of her husband.

In an Oct. 16 statement from the New Hampshire Department of Justice, Attorney General John Formella said the Merrimack County grand jury had indicted Justice Anna Barbara Hantz Marconi for two felonies and five misdemeanors. All the charges relate to her alleged attempts to interfere with a criminal investigation into her husband, Geno Marconi.

“The decision to charge a sitting Justice of the New Hampshire Supreme Court was not made lightly, and it comes after careful and thoughtful deliberation,” Formella said.

“No person is above the law, and the evidence in this case required investigation and presentation to the grand jury.”

According to the prosecutors, Hantz Marconi has been charged with two Class B felonies; attempting to commit improper influence, and criminal solicitation of improper influence.

Corruption. Corruption. Without all this corruption, civil servants would have to live within their salaries, and be as shaky as...as a fiddler on a roof.

“No person is above the law”

Both the Biden Crime Family and H->! seem to be above the Law. The Meritless Garland too.

What does that mean? She’s a state court judge. Congress has no jurisdiction over her or her office

If he had only bowed his knee like the Grand Ole Planned Parenthood Party did. Trump n Vance do it for votes, this poor guy wouldn’t for his life. Principles.
Since the Trump Vance move to baby murder en masse, the Christian persecution will now be normalized. And worsen.
Their desire to kill the innocent doesn’t stop with babies in the womb.
It’s like being given the blessing to burn American cities, but no choir.
At least we know who their target is with their consistent record.

The federal government has no authority to ban abortions.

It has always been a state issue.

We could work for a Constitutional Amendment, I suppose.

Not saying she was not corrupt. But in those parts, a democrat is not getting prosecuted.
I would like to see a how many R vs D public officials are prosecuted. I bet it’s easily 10-1 if not worse. And Democrat areas lead the witch hunt.

Cruel and unusual punishment? How does the death sentence fit the lack of crime the kid committed?
Due process? What legal process determines the kid is justified to receive the death penalty?
Equal protection, obviously the kid's not getting any protection whatsoever...

Murder was always a state issue.

It is only a federal issue if the crime involved crossing state borders.

Cruel and unusual punishment applies to the government, not to others. For private individuals, it is a crime issue.

Due process applies to goverenment statutes. There is no federal involvement.

Equal protection under the law. Only state laws apply.

You can look at the history before Roe v Wade. There was a lot of variation in state statutes.

The federal government could, I suppose, make it illegal to cross state lines to obtain an abortion.
