I am a libertarian. To me, freedom looks like the essential glue or fabric for society. Freedom needs discipline. I speculate that my poet’s etymological analysis of the word “freedom” can give us both freedom and discipline in the one word. To do this, I first suggest that the roots of the word “freedom” can lead us to call it the home or homes where we can feel free. For me today, the word "freedom" combines the adjective "free" with the Latin word "domus" or home to mean a home or homes where someone can feel free. This is an...

We are all ecstatic fans of amazing transformation stories. Whether it’s a drunkard who has quitted drinking, thereby turning their life around, or a sick person who's gotten their health back, we can’t help but celebrate with people whose lives have changed from worst to better. The same thing goes for our animal friends, including dogs. I’ve compiled a list of the most heartwarming transformation photos of dogs.

“My life is fair game for anybody. “ said voluptuous actress Susan Hayward. She died on this date 48 years ago. “When you’re dead, you’re dead." she'd said. " It’s what you do when you are here that’s important. ”

Sex is great and most guys get more sex in good marriages than by being single. God has arranged things that way to keep families strong. Too many Third Wave Feminists hold motherhood and mothers in contempt. The beauty of Hollywood babes Cyd Charisse, Claire Trevor and Karen Morley is something God created for red-blooded men to take delight in. God Bless Freedom and All Creation's Joys.

The Biden Border Rush continues, with hordes of illegal aliens being welcomed into the country. Where does it all end? We might consider looking at the sending nations for answers. If the Border Rush continues, how many people will decide to come to the U.S.A.? Nobody knows for sure, but a major international poll gives us a clue that it could be a lot of people.

Oftentimes, pet owners share funny videos of their dogs watching the TV as humans do by focusing on the screen like they understand what’s going on. One totally hilarious footage of a dog trying to find a bear after it vanished from his TV screen went viral.

Biden recently met with the president of Russia in Geneva, and America had a very good day. The entire world waited with bated breath to watch the main event of the summer; Vlad from Russia vs. Sleepy Joe from Wilmington. They looked like the odd couple. Barrel chested and shirtless, Vlad rides horses through the wilderness and Joe eats two scoops of ice cream without getting a brain freeze. Surprisingly, Joe got all up in Vlad’s grill. Joe angrily wagged his bony finger in Putin’s face and told him please don’t cyber-attack 16 critical targets in America – or else....

Trump Derangement Syndrome can have such a powerful effect on people that it can cause them to inadvertently praise their targets while simultaneously slamming their TDS allies without them even being aware of it. This can produce quite a comical effect as was the case of the Friday article in Washingtonian magazine in which Jessica Sidman attempts to slam President Donald Trump and his friends but, due to the TDS boomerang effect, does just the opposite. You can see Sidman's intended target in the title of the article, "Trump Hotel Employees Reveal What It Was Really Like Catering to the...

White House or Waffle House, who cares? They like to tell the GOP which presidential candidates they “fear the most.” This usually ends up with Republicans running someone like John McCain or Jeb Bush. They like to offer “helpful” strategy suggestions which, for the last ten years, have been nothing but pathways to conservative failure. They enjoy telling the RNC what it should do “for the good of the two-party system,” and that advice always boils down to “don’t fight, roll over, and give us what we want.” They’re Democrats in office and in the media - and we’re all...

By every calculation, Julian Castro would be the ideal running mate for Hillary Clinton should she avoid criminal prosecution and gain the Democratic nomination. He is young, Hispanic, a former mayor of San Antonio, smack dab in the great red state of Texas, and the current Secretary of HUD in the Obama administration. He would serve as a counterweight to Ted Cruz, should he become the Republican nominee, and would appeal to Hispanics, a fast growing demographic that both parties are wooing. However, a number of liberal progressive groups are moving to block Castro as unacceptable for a Democratic national...

Bernie Sanders, avowed socialist that he is, has suggested hefty tax increases on just about everyone and everything to pay for the largess, which includes free health care and free college. But, as it turns out, Hillary Clinton is no slouch when it comes to raising taxes. Americans for Tax Reform estimates that the second President Clinton would hike taxes about $1 trillion over ten years. Clinton’s tax increases will not be used to close the deficit, but rather to pay for new programs

Representative Maxine Waters (D-Calif.) called Republicans John Boehner (R-Ohio) and Eric Cantor (R-Va) “demons,” and vowed that “once I am at the head of the Financial Services Committee these men will never be seen or heard from again.” While chairing a Congressional committee is a powerful position with many perks and privileges, it has yet to authorize the complete silencing of political opponents. Perhaps this is about to change because as Ms. Waters argues, “these men are out to destroy President Obama. The good of the country demands that we Democrats not shy away from the stern measures needed to...

Hat tip to Adobe expert and author Mara Zebest for inquiring about the Chris Matthews ad. The ad was also mentioned on Rush Limbaugh's radio show today. This is not the first time Chris Matthews suggested Obama was born overseas. It was in 2007 that Chris Matthews reported on the air that Obama was a Muslim and born in Indonesia. It's also not the first mainstream media outlet to scrub information about Obama. Fox's Bill O'Reilly scrubbed a segment about Obama's social security number.

LAQUEY, Mo. (May 23, 2011) — Just one day after a tornado struck Joplin and destroyed thousands of homes, the 287 students of Laquey Elementary School began a fundraising project that they hope will help a fellow southwest Missouri community. The Laquey R-V School District is located to the west and southwest of Fort Leonard Wood, and the New Years Eve tornado which struck Fort Leonard Wood tore through the far southern end of the Laquey district on its way to the post. While nobody was hurt and the affected parts of the Laquey district were mostly unpopulated forested land,...

Sigh… I love, love, love Mad Men. I’m a huge fan. I look forward to it salaciously all week long during the season. And now I’m sad because it’s just been revealed that Vincent Kartheiser is a nut job. Sure, he’s Hollywood and it is to be expected– but he takes wack to a whole new level. In this clip, he reveals on MSNBC that he has no car, eats only veggies and has chosen not to have children– all in the name of the Green god. He goes on with such modesty, “What I have done isn’t miraculous…” No,...
