Shatner is still going strong, making TV and movie guest appearances and doing voice work, all in between traveling to fan conventions, film screenings and other public appearances. William Shatner playing the role of Michael Myers is not something you will find on the actor's resume, but in a way, the Star Trek legend has been playing the Haddonfield killer since his first appearance back in 1978’s Halloween. As everyone knows by now, the mask used by Michael in the franchise, which has become so synonymous with the character that it has never changed across many sequels and reboots, was originally just a regular Captain Kirk mask from a costume shop, but does the likeness to Shatner mean he is in line for any royalties from the horror...

The European Union has just run crosswise with Captain James T. Kirk, and by any measure the Captain is right to blast Europe’s left-wing, nanny state, cancel culture, loons for their latest “diversity” move. This week, news broke that the EU — which apparently stands for Entirely Useless — is looking to make the world safe from evil “gendered” words, like man, male, guys, and anything testosterone related, The Telegraph reported. This impinges directly on one of Captain Kirk’s most famous lines, the one that serves as the opening monologue to the famed 1966 series, “Star Trek.” TV viewers and...

Captain Kirk's not having it. Bill fired back over a reported comment Takei made this week, following his costar's ascent above the Karman Line ... where he hung out in zero gravity for a few minutes before coming back down in Blue Origin's New Shepard rocket ship. Don’t hate George. The only time he gets press is when he talks bad about me. He claims 50+ years ago I took away a camera angle that denied him 30 more seconds of prime time TV. 🤷🏼♂️ I’m giving it back to him now by letting him spew his hatred for the...

MYSTERY WIRE — NASA is preparing to launch its fourth crew of astronauts to the International Space Station aboard a SpaceX Dragon capsule on October 30. The four crew members – three American and one German – have given their blessings to actor William Shatner, who will rocket into space next week — boldly going where no other sci-fi stars have gone before. Speaking ahead of their launch, the crew gave their best Vulcan salutes to space-bound actor William Shatner. Earlier this week, Jeff Bezos’ space travel company, Blue Origin, announced Captain Kirk himself will be rocketing into space from...

Born March 22, 1931 in Montreal, Quebec, Canada, William Shatner has been an indelible part of popular culture for a good portion of a century. Though he’s most recognizable as Captain James T. Kirk in the Star Trek film and television franchise, Shatner’s career has encompassed everything from the earliest days of television to spoken-word recordings to his own sci-fi book series (TekWar). The nonagenarian will have a birthday celebration the weekend of July 23, 2021, in Ticonderoga, New York, when he attends a gathering at a replica Enterprise set. In the meantime, we’ve compiled 90 of the more compelling...

William Shatner never fails to enrage the ‘alphabet people.’ Seems Captain Kirk doesn’t like them using a label to bully him … This is pretty exceptional but then again, Shatner’s feed usually is. Take a look and see if you can follow this insanity.

William Shatner is one of our very favorite accounts on Twitter mainly because he just sort of hangs out with normal, everyday people which usually leads to him slapping trolls around. You know, like the rest of us. He’s not focused on pushing some social justice movement or complaining about Trump like other celebrities … nope. Usually, he’s talking about various projects he’s working on while schooling ‘younguns’ about this or that. For example:

The inter-galactic was against planet Hollywood. Hilarious video. Enjoy. That woman is an absolute loon.

Lenore, Edith, Marlena and Shahna. Kelinda, Drusilla and Miramanee… Oh, the many names in James T. Kirk's little black book — or is that captain's log? The Enterprise stud was quite the ladies man on Star Trek, breaking barriers between race and species with his liberal lips. Between 1966 and 1969, Kirk smooched 19 women in 79 episodes. William Shatner smashed faces with gorgeous actresses such as Barbara Bouchet, Marianna Hill, France Nuyen, Sherry Jackson and Nancy Kovack. Tough gig. To celebrate Star Trek's fiftieth anniversary, we assembled a video montage of Kirk's kisses on the show. See if...

In the 1968 Star Trek episode Bread and Circuses, Capt. James Kirk, Mr. Spock, and Dr. Leonard McCoy beam down to Planet 892-IV, a parallel to Earth in almost every way—except Rome never fell. The aliens capture the Enterprise’s familiar trio. Kirk has a predictable romantic encounter. There are televised gladiatorial games that pit the crew against sword-wielding warriors named Flavius and Achilles. The episode even lampoons the cutthroat competition between television broadcasters and their search for ratings. When one of the gladiators refuses to fight with his usual vigor, the master of the games snarls, “You bring this network’s...

William Shatner is a man who has never been shy about expressing his opinion of Star Trek Into Darkness (and future Star Wars: Episode VII) director J.J. Abrams. During a recent press junket to promote Escape From Planet Earth, the original Captain Kirk had a few words for Abrams. During the interview, Shatner discussed Abrams along with his thoughts regarding the possible homogenization of the science-fiction film genre.
