  • The Nightmare Scenario That Keeps Election Lawyers Up At Night

At the end of Nov. 3, hundreds of thousands of ballots will likely remain left to count in key states, particularly Michigan, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin. It will be nearly impossible for election clerks on Election Day to count the record number of absentee and provisional ballots that are anticipated to be cast in those three states, as well as in other crucial battlegrounds. Election officials in many states are underfunded and under-resourced, and in some by law are not allowed to begin counting ballots until Election Day. Polling and absentee ballot request data from some states show that Democratic voters...
  • Born in 1823? You can still vote in Detroit, according to a lawsuit

One registered voter in the city of Detroit was born almost 200 years ago, according to a lawsuit. This still-active voter would have been born 14 years before Michigan became a state. Sound fishy to you? That's not all. This ancient voter appears to be one of thousands falsely registered in Detroit, many of whom died a decade ago or more yet were still able to drag themselves from their graves to vote in the most important election of our lifetimes (though, I guess, not their lifetimes). This week, the Public Interest Legal Foundation filed a lawsuit against Detroit election...
  • Reward Fund to pay for vote fraud information (vanity)

I am throwing this out for comments. The basic idea is to open an escrow account funded by donations for the sole purpose of paying out sizable amounts for valid information leading to the arrest and conviction of persons committing vote fraud. Somebody has to do something. I have zero faith in any elected official with the exception of Trump and he can't do it all. So, what's your thoughts?
  • 2016: Cruz, Rand Lead Tea Party Presidential Poll; Christie, Jeb Bush Last

Sens. Ted Cruz (R-TX) and Rand Paul (R-KY) lead an online Tea Party presidential poll while Republican New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie comes in dead last.  Former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush is second to last with former Utah Gov. Jon Huntsman, the failed 2012 GOP presidential candidate who is now associated with the conservative-bashing  "No Labels" group that is a refuge for those in the bipartisan permanent political class. The Washington Examiner reported that grassroots conservatives also strongly support Dr. Ben Carson, former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin, and Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker. Cruz has the support of 84% of those polled...
  • Stealing the Election of 2012 (Dem voter fraud)

Americans take the integrity of our elections for granted. Every citizen has an equal right to vote, and every vote cast is counted. Rubbish. The voter rolls of this country are stuffed with illegal aliens, felons and dead people, who not only vote, they vote overwhelmingly Democrat. Citizens in uniform serving overseas, who might vote Republican, are routinely denied the right to vote when ballots are mailed "too late" to be returned in time to count. When a Republican wins a close race, uncounted ballots are "found" in the backseat of a Democrat poll worker's car. American elections are getting...
  • GOP chief, Brunner clash over ballots

Democratic Secretary of State Jennifer Brunner... issued a memo to county elections boards saying the forms cannot be accepted if a box is not checked next to a statement that the voter is a qualified elector, as the law requires. She wants a letter sent to those voters along with the state's application form so they can reapply. But Bennett issued a statement Tuesday, arguing that the law does not require that a box be checked on McCain's form as long as the voter signs it. He wants counties to ignore Brunner's memo. "This is a blatant attempt by the...

High turnout prompts a probe by secretary of state SAN DIEGO - A dead man sending off for a mail-in ballot for the March primary was just one of the clues that brought investigators from the Texas attorney general's office to Duval County. Assistant District Attorney Jon West had only been on the job for about three months when the voter fraud allegations started surfacing. The post office returned several rejected mail-in ballot applications to residents who said that they had not sent them. And in one case, a woman complained that her father could not have sent a mail-in...

Improprieties alleged in last May's election. A Brooks County grand jury handed up nine new indictments this week in connection with voting fraud allegations during the May city election. The grand jury on Thursday indicted the following people on an illegal voting charge: Gilbert Andrade Jr, 22; Ruben Mejia, 51; Joshua Mata, 19; Dawn Gonzalez, 34; Armando Gonzalez, 28; Victor Garza Jr., 29; and Robert Davis, 26. The grand jury also issued two superceding indictments on an illegal voting charge for Roel Mireles, 44, and Vanessa Kiser, 44. The superceding indictments were presented based on information submitted after the first...

New Mexico is going through what seems to have become its traditional post-election vote-counting dilemma, with confusion and rhetoric in great supply. One feeds the other and it's not good for the integrity of the process. This year brought a new wrinkle with thousands of provisional paper ballots on top of a bumper crop of absentee and so-called in-lieu-of-ballots. More than 19,000 of these ballots remain to be verified or counted, or both. It's anyone's guess how many will be disallowed if the voter's eligibility cannot be confirmed. The number of outstanding ballots -- and potential votes -- is greater...

ANDERSON, Ind. (AP) A former Anderson firefighter who pleaded guilty to perjury and vote fraud has been sentenced to ten days in jail. Fifty-eight-year-old Ronny Douglas voted in Anderson in 2000, 2002 and 2003, even though he lived several miles away in Pendleton. Authorities said he used the address of a rental property he owns in Anderson. Most of his 18 month sentence will be served on probation. A judge also ordered that Douglas not participate in any political activity, except for voting. Defense attorney Bob Cowles said Douglas got caught up in a long-time practice in Madison County, voting...
