Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey has issued an order stopping Planned Parenthood abortion facilities from dispensing dangerous abortion drugs. The action comes one week after Bailey’s office warned Planned Parenthood of the pending cease and desist order after the abortion business failed to have an approved complication plan to protect women. A recent New York Times piece exposed how Planned Parenthood, the nation’s largest abortion business, also endangers women and girls with shoddy “care,” including botched abortions, an IUD inserted in a pregnant woman who ended up suffering a stillbirth, sewage leaking into a recovery room and more. Sue Liebel,...

Who was behind this Biden autopen? Last week Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey asked the Justice Department to investigate whether White House staffers exploited Joe Biden’s cognitive decline and issued far-left orders at the end of his presidency without his knowledge. “I am demanding the DOJ investigate whether President Biden’s cognitive decline allowed unelected staff to push through radical policy without his knowing approval,” Bailey wrote. “If in fact Biden’s staffers were exploiting his mental decline, those orders are null and void,” he added. Andrew Bailey cited Joe Biden’s decision to commute the federal death sentences of nearly 40 prisoners...

Missouri’s attorney general wants to know what former President Joe Biden didn’t know and for how long he didn’t know it. In a post on X, Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey said he wants the Department of Justice to open up a can of worms by investigating whether Biden’s deluge of executive orders and pardons that marked the final weeks of his presidency came at a time when Biden had no idea what he was signing. “I am demanding the DOJ [investigate] whether President Biden’s cognitive decline allowed unelected staff to push through radical policy without his knowing approval,” Baily...

A federal judge on Friday ruled in favor of Missouri in the state’s $24 billion lawsuit against China’s Communist Party that accused it of hoarding protective supplies during the coronavirus pandemic. This is a landmark victory for Missouri and the United States in the fight to hold China accountable for unleashing COVID-19 on the world," Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey said in a statement. "China refused to show up to court, but that doesn’t mean they get away with causing untold suffering and economic devastation. We intend to collect every penny by seizing Chinese-owned assets, including Missouri farmland." Bailey's office...

CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo. (KFVS) - A federal judge in Cape Girardeau rules in favor of Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey’s federal lawsuit against China related to the COVID pandemic. Bailey calls the $24 billion judgement against the Chinese Communist Party “historic.” The state sued China nearly five years ago, the one remaining count in the suit accused China of hoarding masks and other PPE. Judge Stephen Limbaugh ruled Missouri suffered direct harm from lost tax revenue and heightened expenditures caused by the hoarding. Bailey says the judgment is six times more than the previous largest judgment in state history.

The Biden presidency might have been the greatest con job ever perpetrated on the American people. A shocking investigation by the Heritage Foundation's Oversight Project has revealed that virtually every document bearing Joe Biden's signature during his presidency was signed by an autopen — except for one. What makes this revelation particularly damning is that the only document confirmed to have Biden's actual signature was his letter announcing his withdrawal from the 2024 presidential race. Let that sink in for a moment. Remember when House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-La.) revealed his discussion with Biden when Biden couldn't recall signing the...

"When she was elected chief prosecutor in St. Louis in 2016 with the backing of far-left megadonor George Soros, Kimberly Gardner was the prototype for a new era of progressive lawfare: unabashedly liberal, the first black female to hold the job and eager to make her mark with headline-grabbing cases."

Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey announced on Tuesday that he has obtained a court order that will force the current administration to take congressionally appropriated cash and use it to finish the border wall that was started by former President Donald Trump to prevent illegal immigrants from flooding into the United States. A press release from the Attorney General’s office features a statement by Bailey where he says, “The Biden Administration has failed to abide by the law to finish the construction of a wall along the southwest border. Joe Biden refuses to carry out his constitutionally mandated responsibilities, so...

It’s a bad day for free speech. The U.S. Supreme Court ruled Wednesday that the government may continue to pressure Big Tech companies to censor speech it disapproves of, and dissenting Justice Samuel Alito tore the outrageous decision apart. The Court ruled 6-3 — with Justice Amy Coney Barrett authoring the Opinion — that the complainants lacked standing to file an “injunction against any defendant” because they failed to demonstrate “particularized” harm. Chief Justice John Roberts and Justice Brett Kavanaugh joined in the majority’s ridiculous position. The Court’s explicit gaslighting as to the Big Tech companies’ independent reasons for censoring...

I want to make sure this is clear from the get-go—this is a terrible opinion. I am not happy about it. HOWEVER, this opinion had to do with the TEMPORARY INJUNCTION in this case...... The court is making a decision whether, at this stage of the game, after limited (will get to that in a moment) discovery, the Plaintiffs have the right to an injunction that would halt the government from coercing and cooperating with social media platforms to censor speech. The Justices used whether the plaintiffs had STANDING at this stage of the game as their basis for decision....

The Supreme Court recently hearing arguments in the case of Murthy v. Missouri has refocused attention on the U.S. Government’s efforts to get social media platforms to suppress alleged COVID-19 ‘misinformation’ and the issue of whether these efforts crossed the ‘line between persuasion and coercion’ and thus constituted Government censorship. But how could the Government’s efforts have not constituted Government censorship when it had a full-fledged “Fighting Covid-19 Disinformation Monitoring Programme” in which all the major online platforms were enrolled and which required them to submit periodic reports outlining, even indeed quantifying, their suppression of what was deemed “false and/or...

Earlier this year, Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey announced a lawsuit against Planned Parenthood after an expose’ video showed officials discussing how they take teen girls out of state for secret abortions. As LifeNews previously reported, Project Veritas conducted an investigation just before Christmas this past year in which a journalist entered a Kansas City, Mo. clinic asking how to get an abortion for a 13-year-old. The male reporter was met with certainty and confidence from the staff that although the procedure is illegal in Missouri, the minor could be sent to Kansas for the procedure, and no one would...

Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey has filed a lawsuit against Planned Parenthood’s Great Plains branch, alleging that they trafficked minors across state lines for abortions without parental consent. A Missouri circuit judge has ruled against several clergy members who argued that the state's abortion laws infringe on the Missouri Constitution's Establishment Clause. The lawsuit, led by a diverse group of faith leaders, was met with a dismissal. The challenge, initiated in January 2023 by representatives from Christian, Jewish and Unitarian congregations, was spearheaded by advocacy groups, including Americans United for Separation of Church and State and the National Women's Law Center. They sought an injunction to halt Missouri's abortion laws, which lack exceptions even in cases of rape or incest, arguing these laws violate constitutional provisions against the...

Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey announced that the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri granted his motion to block what he called President Biden’s latest illegal student loan handout scheme. The Constitution will...

Missouri GOP Attorney General Andrew Bailey is sued the New York government on the argument the state's "lawfare" during Donald Trump's hush money trial violated Missourians’ First Amendment rights. Joe Biden's new student-loan repayment plan just got dealt two blows by federal courts. On Monday, judges in Kansas and Missouri district courts handed down their rulings on two separate lawsuits filed by GOP state attorneys general seeking to block the SAVE income-driven repayment plan, introduced last summer to lower borrowers' monthly payments. Earlier this year, the Education Department started implementing a SAVE provision ahead of schedule that canceled student debt for borrowers with original balances of $12,000 or less who made as few as 10 years of qualifying payments. The attorneys general argued that relief was unconstitutional, among other...
