FBI Deputy Director Dan Bongino will resign his position with less than a year on the job — after reportedly packing up his belongings and bidding adieu to his team.
“I will be leaving my position with the FBI in January,” Bongino announced on social media Wednesday night. “I want to thank President Trump, AG Bondi, and Director Patel for the opportunity to serve with purpose. Most importantly, I want to thank you, my fellow Americans, for the privilege to serve you. God bless America, and all those who defend Her.”

A different source said that it’s understood that Bongino’s co-deputy director Andrew Bailey, who gained his position in September, will take on the full traditional duties of the deputy role.

Matt Gaetz!
What about him?
I wonder if Dan knows that the Boston University murders were an Islamic terrorist attack committed by THAT INTERNET GUY WHOM WE ALL KNOW DID IT and knows it’s being covered up and so he’s DONE with trying to save America.
Can you imagine all the things Bongino now knows that he can never talk about?
I forgot all about this “co-deputy Director” guy. What was that all about?
Why is Bongino leaving?
Thanks for your service as FBI Deputy Director, Mr. Dan Bongino. You are greatly appreciated.
It was obvious he would not be long in this position after he butted heads with his bosses’ boss.
And, Bongino fans, just what has he accomplished?
This was quick ! ! ! Dan B could not take the heat. He should thank Trump and Patel for giving him plenty of material for his talk show, when he resumes it.
Rumor is the job was destroying his marriage...he’s mentioned it at arms length in an interview i saw months ago...
I don’t really know anything about, but why getting rid of everyone not affiliated with deep state?
Sounds like he misses his wife and kids which is understandable. His radio program will be epic.
He now has some good insight into how things are run in the FBI. Although he can’t reveal any secrets, he might be able to read between the lines when it comes to new incidents which will happen. He will be free to give his opinions. Should be interesting.
Vince does a better job than Dan. Dan should move on to other things......
Perhaps his hands were tied, but what a huge failure to hold a single person in the deep state accountable. Remember his big speech about how things were happening, but they take time and they can’t talk about it?
No justice for the treason committed by the communists and covid lunatics. The left is free to get away with any crime they want in the good old USA.
Yes, I like Vince.
He had also dealt with cancer a few years ago. Washington is no place for people with serious health issues—too much stress.
He should have never taken the job. It’s a country first position.
