CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo. (KFVS) - A federal judge in Cape Girardeau rules in favor of Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey’s federal lawsuit against China related to the COVID pandemic.
Bailey calls the $24 billion judgement against the Chinese Communist Party “historic.”
The state sued China nearly five years ago, the one remaining count in the suit accused China of hoarding masks and other PPE.
Judge Stephen Limbaugh ruled Missouri suffered direct harm from lost tax revenue and heightened expenditures caused by the hoarding.
Bailey says the judgment is six times more than the previous largest judgment in state history.

One of my big hopes with Trump being reelected was that major investigations would begin into 2020.
A LOT of questions still have to be answered with the #1 question being “Were members of the democratic party involved in the release of Covid solely to affect the 2020 election?”
If that is true, it would be a crime against humanity, plus the worst terror attack in history, 7 million dead I believe?

There was no deadly, spreading novel virus.
The killing came form the deadly hospital protocols and incentives and the deadly jabs, which didn’t come from China.
This court-supported fiction does us no favors because it suggests that other such deadly, spreading novel viruses could be unleashed, required more deadly responses.
