Missouri AG Fighting to Stop Planned Parenthood From Taking Teens Out of State for Secret Abortions

Earlier this year, Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey announced a lawsuit against Planned Parenthood after an expose’ video showed officials discussing how they take teen girls out of state for secret abortions.

As LifeNews previously reported, Project Veritas conducted an investigation just before Christmas this past year in which a journalist entered a Kansas City, Mo. clinic asking how to get an abortion for a 13-year-old. The male reporter was met with certainty and confidence from the staff that although the procedure is illegal in Missouri, the minor could be sent to Kansas for the procedure, and no one would need to know. This not only includes parents, but staff at the school.

“We can give a doctor’s note,” said the Planned Parenthood managing director known only by her first name, LeShauna, “We just cut off the letterhead.”

The undercover reporter asked the managing director how often they send minors into neighboring Kansas for the procedure.

“Every day,” she said, and repeated, “every day.”

Now, Bailey is headed to court to stop the abortion giant.

“We filed suit against Planned Parenthood for trafficking minors out of state to obtain abortions without parental consent. Today is our first court appearance,” Bailey. ‘This lawsuit is the culmination of a multi-year campaign to drive Planned Parenthood out of Missouri because of its flagrant and intentional refusal to comply with state law.”

“Planned Parenthood’s most recent unlawful behavior was captured on video, when Planned Parenthood staff admitted they traffic minors across state lines to perform abortions without parental consent,” he added. “They admit to doing this “every day, every day, every day.”

“The investigation revealed that Planned Parenthood removes minors from school using altered doctors’ notes, transports them into Kansas for abortions, and then quickly returns them—all to avoid the legal requirement to obtain parental consent,” Bailey added. “I filed suit to ensure it never happens again. It is time to eradicate Planned Parenthood once and for all to end this pattern of abhorrent, unethical, and illegal behavior.”

The Missouri Attorney General credited Project Veritas with uncovering evidence of Planned Parenthood’s criminal activity.

Bailey stated, “This lawsuit is a direct result of the investigation conducted by Project Veritas in November of 2023 that uncovered an agent of a Planned Parenthood clinic in Kansas City, brazenly committed to past, present, and future violations of this state’s laws regarding proper parental consent notification, a conspiracy to traffic women out of state for abortions, and a conspiracy to conceal the sexual exploitation of children.”

The lawsuit filed today seeks a court order enjoining Planned Parenthood from concealing sexual offenses committed against minors, and for conspiring to transport minors across state lines for abortions in violation of state statute. Bailey also called upon state policymakers to use the tools necessary to permanently defund Planned Parenthood. As part of the lawsuit the AG’s office will be conducting its own investigation. Planned Parenthood could be facing administrative, civil, and criminal penalties.

Crossing state lines makes this also a Federal Crime. Hopefully, the Trump Admin is keeping a list of the people involved and they can tie up the FBI with making domestic arrests of all these people.

Trump can neuter the FBI by directing them to go after the pedifiles, sexual predators, pimps, prostitutes, drug deals, Senators/Congressmen in Drug Dealer’s Oversea phones, and people who enact laws that SCOTUS has already settled like with the 2A.

Biden’s DOJ will defend PO. Biden is the world’s most prolific child trafficker in history. He loves it. Add to that his love of abortion and he can’t ignore defending this. Smuggled children victims of sexual abuse and killing babies. The two democrat priorities.

Does Missouri PP get paid for referring and transporting minors across state lines for abortions?
They must, or why would they go to the trouble and expense?

The slang term “abortion tourism” is revolting.

Gov. Gretchen Whitmer in Michigan is one who hopes for raking in some cash from pro-life state residents spending money while in abortion promoting Michigan. Sickening.

If the Feds can prosecute men that leave the country to have sex with children, why can’t the States do the exact same thing and prosecute any resident that commits the crime in another State?

Yes, PP does get paid. They sell the parts of aborted babies and it is a huge business—my friend and I figured this out in the mid-90s at, iirc, $3B/year. (Since this was based on limited info and figured by two non-math people, it may be wrong.)

I had forgotten about that until I read about PP in FL sending women out of state for abortions...

And I just realized, they were making all that money *and* charging women for the procedures.

And now they are spinning this and getting women to advocate preserving the legality of abortion all to maintain their income flow.
