President Donald Trump accused Obama of attempting to conduct a “coup” during the 2016 election and called for his arrest in a post on his Truth Social account Thursday.
Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard has just released HUNDREDS OF BOMBSHELL RUSSIAGATE DOCUMENTS proving that Barack Obama personally ordered CIA agents to manufacture false intelligence on President Trump and was actively “working with the enemy” to undermine and erode Americans’ confidence in our democracy and President Trump’s LANDSLIDE 2016 VICTORY. In recent days the Trump administration has been investigating the conduct of its opponents in past elections. The call to arrest Obama comes just one day after the FBI executed a warrant seizing documents from the Fulton County elections office near Atlanta relating to the 2020 election. The seizure was notable for the presence of a number of high-profile administration officials, including Gabbard and the FBI’s Deputy Director Andrew Bailey.

We’d need to arrest everyone involved in this coup attempt, then we’d have to impeach the judges that would dismiss all the cases. I think this is a problem requiring a little more comprehensive leverage.

This is just red meat for the Bondi haters that think she can just snap her fingers and convict someone in DC with a 95% (D) jury pool
My suggestion is, assuming some of the Obama aides get put on trial like John Brennan, etc., would be to treat Obama like Richard Nixon was treated, make Obama an unindicted co-conspirator.
As you say, no jury in the world convict Obama of anything, if he were ever indicted it would be complete chaos in the country, but making him a central figure in a court case as an unindicted co-conspirator would go a long way to showing how destructive he was to the country.
To paraphrase Tuco Ramirez: “If you’re gonna arrest, arrest. Don’t talk”.

That would the best way to fully understand what happened is if one of the main characters came forward and told everything.
Regardless of the reason that would be fantastic, I would hope their conscience would finally get the best of them and cause them to admit everything, but I would be satisfied if the reason was to save their butt from a long prison sentence.
That's what the Comey perjury trial was supposed to be, but they got a judge to dismiss it using the appointment of Lindsey Halligan as the tool.
