The most-promoted news outlets on Apple News and Google News haven’t endorsed a Republican in the last 10 presidential elections — the latest sign of alleged anti-conservative bias by the popular news aggregators, according to a new analysis. Apple News’ five most-featured outlets — the New York Times, the Washington Post, the Guardian, the Los Angeles Times and USA...

Down in Florida, the DSA may have scored one of its biggest victories. They nominated State Rep. Angie Nixon, who defeated favorite Alex Vindman, who outspent her by a lot. It proved once again that you don't underestimate the DSA because they will get their voters out. Let's check out the events in Florida: Far-left State Rep. Angie Nixon handed the progressive movement a surprise win against deep-pocketed Alex Vindman in Florida’s Democratic Senate primary Tuesday night. Imagine you are dropping your child off for the first day of college, and when you get to his dorm it is surrounded by mountains of garbage and homeless people living in sidewalk tents. That's exactly what happened to one woman who also happens to work in journalism and decided to break out her phone to document the experience. If you're from out of state, tuition at UC-Berkeley can run up to around $50,000 per year with room and board. Who would expect to see homeless encampments and garbage on the streets at those prices? The New York Post reports:...

Blue and orange hair. Facial piercings. Ink enough to qualify as cartography. Political buttons, tote bags, and protest signs everywhere. It was the sort of gathering where the certainty of the attendees seemed inversely proportional to their experience with the consequences of their ideas. No, this was not the premiere of a Japanese manga film; this was Chicago, where the Democratic Socialists of America gathered for its 2026 Democratic Socialists Summit and National Organizing Conference. The organization invited members to spend four days on political education, organizer development, skills training, and social activities. There were five principal tracks: Palestine Solidarity...

An unhinged Long Island man has been arrested for allegedly threatening to travel to Washington, DC, to “put a bullet” in US Attorney Jeanine Pirro‘s head. Daniel Kretsinger, of Hauppauge, New York, posted two vile and menacing videos to X on June 30, threatening violence against Pirro and further suggesting he may also attempt to assassinate President Trump, according to a criminal complaint filed earlier this month in the US District Court for the Eastern District of New York. “Because you’re such a lying despicable piece of s–t,” Kretsinger allegedly said in a terrifying video replying to an X post...

Texas Senate hopeful James Talarico once delivered a sermon titled “God is not a Christian” as part of a fiery rebuke of conservatives whom the Democrat accused of trying to transform America into a theocracy. Talarico, a Presbyterian seminarian and Texas state rep., admitted in his 2023 sermon that he is sometimes reluctant to share his faith, while warning, “There is a cancer on our religion.” “God is so much bigger than our human categories. God is not a Presbyterian. God is not a Christian. God is not a noun at all. God is a verb. God is not a...

The US is at a heightened risk of a catastrophic blackout that could last up to 18 months due to aging power grid infrastructure that takes agonizingly long to update and is potentially vulnerable to a precision weapon strike. The alarming vulnerability was brought to light in 2013 by Jon Wellinghoff, former chair of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC), after a coordinated attack on a California electrical substation in April 2013. The gunmen fired 120 shots, taking out an alarming 17 transformers at a Pacific Gas and Electric’s Metcalf electrical substation just outside San Jose, New York Times Magazine...

"[Love] is not provoked" (1 Cor. 13:5). Self-centered anger cannot coexist with love. The great eighteenth-century preacher and theologian Jonathan Edwards had a daughter with an uncontrollable temper. When a young man asked Dr. Edwards for his daughter's hand in marriage, he said no. The young man was crushed. "But I love her and she loves me," he pleaded. "That makes no difference," Edwards replied, "she isn't worthy of you." "But she is a Christian, isn't she," the young man argued. "Yes," said Edwards, "but the grace of God can live with some people with whom no one else could...

"I visited Piddington in Oxfordshire, a village that is planning a referendum on becoming independent from the United Kingdom and could potentially then ask to join the United States. The move is in response to a British government proposal to house 1,200 asylum seekers at a former military base on the outskirts of the village of 350 people. I spoke to parish council chair Tim McNally and other villagers about their plans and how joining the USA could change Piddington. If you're American please let me know what you think in the comments!"

Ossoff said, “It’s been amazing to watch this White House meltdown over this all week. And about Natalie Harp, these White House staffers are adults, public officials paid by the taxpayers, with immense power in positions of public trust. And whether it’s Natalie Harp printing out Donald Trump’s daily dose of delusion and flattery, or Peter Navarro steering taxpayer funded loans to Trump family investments, or Pete Hegseth deluding the president daily into deepening this quagmire in the Middle East, no one cares about their feelings.”

Imagine if a magazine staffer had walked into the offices of Vanity Fair these days wearing a MAGA hat. It is not is not hard to envision the enraged reaction that would be directed towards that staffer. Most likely he (or she) would be subjected to demands to resign. Perhaps even therapy sessions to help those subjected to a view of such a hat in their "safe spaces" to treat those being subjected to such a sight. Indeed, it is also not hard to imagine similar similar reactions from leftists in other situations upon seeing the dreaded MAGA hats. This...
