And now a related story. Muslims rapes of native women is a huge problem in Oslo, Norway. The government response? Officials are telling Norwegian women to dress more modestly.

In the article below, a Norwegian professor is quoted as saying that the rapes are at least partially the fault of the victims. It’s because they are dressing provocatively.
