I bought a package of boneless chicken breasts from Kroger with a label weight of 4.94lb at $2.28/lb, or $11.26 total. When I got home, I weight the package, which includes the packaging and diaper, and it weight 3.84lb, more than a pound under weight including the packaging. I took it back for a refund and this is where it gets interesting. The service manager, who was very nice to me, said that she couldn't take the package back because it left the store and asked what I was willing to take to keep the package. She then offered to...

Recent news reports discussing the upcoming launch of 'transgender' paper dolls for young children — funded by American taxpayers and promoting destructive, sex-rejecting, transgender ideology — have led many to wonder how our society lost its common sense. But an upcoming film documenting the 'work' of a sex researcher (and child sexual abuser) — who believed society might be better off if men were castrated like farm animals at birth — may hold the key to unlocking the mystery of the paper dolls. Key Takeaways: * The NY Post reported about new paper dolls for "gender diverse children ages 4-10"...

“Usually, I keep my private life quite private, but I have made the decision to start freezing my eggs, and I want to share that with anyone who is — and I want to share this because I was weighing it for a very long time, and I think that, you know, I was saving for it for a very long time, and there just isn’t a ton out there, I feel, and sometimes it can feel very daunting,” the New York Democrat said on her Instagram story Saturday. “And as women in general, we are not taught about our...

Bill Maher, host of HBO's "Real Time" talk show, stunned his mostly liberal audience by admitting that "President Trump's assertion that the Democratic Socialists of America are communists is accurate. I have mercilessly criticized Trump for his trillion lies, but in this instance I have to acknowledge the truth behind what he says." "Look, the DSA spokespeople reject the promise of liberty made in our nation's founding documents," Maher reminded his audience. "They want to replace liberty with collectivism and conformity enforced by a government that considers individuals as resources to be exploited without their consent. As liberals, we want...

Whatever in the world possessed Virginia Governor Abigail Spanberger's staff to think this was a good idea? For some inexplicable reason, they scheduled the Democrat to appear at a Saturday fiddlers convention in rural southwest Virginia. Needless to say, this was not her crowd, and they let her know it. The setting was Galax, Virginia, a small independent city in the Blue Ridge Highlands of Southwest Virginia, located very close to the North Carolina line. It's been called the “gateway to the Blue Ridge Mountains," and its identity has deep ties to old-timey Appalachian bluegrass music. Galax takes its role...

Mia Hughes lays out how the modern trans rights movement redefined a psychiatric condition as a healthy, natural variation of human existence to justify irreversible medical intervention. The doctors behind these “treatments” are activists first and medical providers second, emotionally blackmailing parents with the unscientific claim that gender transition is life-saving care.

I hate how American politics feels like every election is an existential threat to the nation you, personally, want to see. I don’t trust Democrats to lead us well, and they don’t trust people like me and those I’d support to lead us well, either. That’s fine, but the idea that every election matters to such a degree is troubling. The left, though, has long made it a spectator sport. After all, Trump is an existential threat to democracy. He’ll completely remake America into a fascist state. Meanwhile, Democratic Socialists—people who are getting support from the Democratic Party when they...

The Pentagon is pressing the U.S. defense industry to accelerate production of weapons to help replenish its diminished stockpile of munitions, including those depleted in the ongoing war with Iran. Pentagon spokesman Sean Parnell said in a statement Saturday that the department was actively focused on boosting munitions acquisitions to provide “the weapons our warfighters need at the pace the threat demands.” He confirmed department efforts in the last week to significantly speed the process but insisted it was part of a broader modernization effort that predated the five-month-old conflict. Deputy Defense Secretary Steve Feinberg wrote to industry leaders on...

A Long Island stripper is suing a wealthy married doctor, accusing him of promising to leave his wife for her — just to seek a restraining order when she told his spouse about their alleged affair. Rosnana Kissoon, 39, accused 51-year-old Dr. Keith Hoerning of trying to get her arrested after their 18-month affair fell apart earlier this year, according to a lawsuit filed in Suffolk County Supreme Court. Kissoon is seeking damages that could exceed $1 million — which Hoerning, a family physician and father of two, dismissed as a callous extortion plot that followed threats to harm his...

COOK COUNTY, Ill. (WLS) -- U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement is threatening to have Cook County Sheriff Tom Dart criminally charged. The Cook County Sheriff's Office says it cannot release an individual in custody to any law enforcement agency or federal agents for an interview. The sheriff's office also says three of the individuals named in the letters were released before the office received...

Should noncitizens be deciding America’s elections and America’s representation in Congress in close races? Most people say ‘no,’ and the law certainly does. US President Donald Trump has been weighing the possibility of declaring victory against Iran without achieving a nuclear deal, the Wall Street Journal reported on Sunday, citing US officials. According to the officials, Trump privately floated the idea to his senior aides. If the US can keep Iran's nuclear program in check and traffic resumes in the Strait of Hormuz, then Trump would be more likely to extend the ceasefire "indefinitely," the officials told WSJ. In recent weeks, the president told senior aides privately that Tehran is "likely unable to revive its nuclear work," after Operation Midnight Hammer caused heavy...

The Second Amendment is a bit less of a second-class right--maybe... hat are commonly called “braced” pistols but are actually short-barreled rifles—SBRs—are legal, or they’re not, until they’re legal again, until they’re not. Quick: is this an illegal short-barreled rifle? Graphic: AuthorThat’s the problem, isn’t it? Braced pistols that are really SBRs are rifles—or pistol-caliber carbines--with barrels less than the federal 16” minimum, and stocks that make them shorter overall than the federal 26” minimum. No, that isn’t an SBR. It’s a KelTec CMR30, which is a legal rifle with a 16” barrel and is 29.9” long. The law that...

The Justice Department denied that Rep. Byron Donalds (R-FL) is under investigation after James Fishback, one of his opponents in the Florida Republican gubernatorial primary, said he faced a “federal sex trafficking probe.” “Falsely accusing someone of being under investigation is a dangerous form of weaponization. This claim is not true. Congressman Byron Donalds is not under investigation,” the DOJ Rapid Response X account posted. “Byron Donalds and Cory Mills are under investigation for federal sex trafficking. My first encounter with trans was in the early 1950s, when Christine Jorgensen became the first widely known person to undergo “sex reassignment” surgery. I remember some of my peers mocking Christine by threatening to swap the feminine lips and masculine mustache between Mr. and Mrs. Potato Head. After some laughter, eye-rolling, and snide smiles, seven-year-olds settled the issue: It was ridiculous — we called it crazy — to believe that Mr. Potato Head could become Mrs. Potato Head any more than a man could become a woman. The trans issue reemerged with the Reimer twins, Bruce and Brian. In...
