These evil “doctors” are bad, but the loonies in state government are worse. In Democrat-run one-party states, if you don’t “affirm” your child’s mental illness, the state will take your child away from you and brand you for life.
Yes, it’s disgusting to witness.
I have read that the state took away children from people back in the 30s for many reasons, and none good. What heartbreak that caused. Take away the most precious thing to a person, their child.
Now this crap and I don’t know the motives behind this but I can’t help it’s either money or power or both.
If the child should change his/her mind, they can sue the provider for the irreversible changes to their bodies AND WIN.
Even with parental permission and with counselor's recommendations to perform the procedures, providers are still liable for damages.
Several recent cases have found for the plaintiff, with serious monetary damage to hospitals, doctors, and insurance companies. This makes gender reassignment surgery a legal risk.
That really depends on who hold the reins of power going forward and a resurgence of judicial integrity in the courts. Right now, most courts are totally corrupt and can’t be trusted.
