CHARLOTTE, N.C. (WBTV) - A 32-year-old man was charged with assault after he was seen in several videos appearing to punch a woman in Charlotte’s South End, according to police.
Around 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, Aug. 6, Charlotte-Mecklenburg police said they arrested 32-year-old Di-Quan Schafar Hunt. Hunt was allegedly seen in several videos on social media appearing to assault or harass several people.
Police said on Thursday they were called to an area off East 4th Street in Uptown Charlotte. When officers arrived they were shown a social media account containing multiple videos that police were investigating already.
One of the videos showed an alleged assault that was reported on July, 30. The video appeared to show Hunt punch a woman on a sidewalk off East Boulevard in Charlotte’s South End before running away.
The person suffered serious, but non-life-threatening injuries. It was not immediately clear why Hunt punched her, but it does appear to be random.

Can’t get to the video but since it has been open season on White people by blacks I suspect diquan was perpetuating violence on a White female.
The headline is the delivery and the punchline.

According to arrest records, Hunt has been arrested at least nine times from October 2023 to December 2025.
Hunt has been charged with multiple crimes including assault with a deadly weapon, communicating threats, assault on a female and violating domestic violence orders.
Punching Charlotte in her south end is tough...
The scenario is exactly what I thought it would be before I even saw the thug and victim.
