GRAPEVINE, Texas — Grapevine police have arrested the driver of a Tesla Cybertruck who went into Grapevine Lake Monday night. Police said just before 8 p.m. Monday, officers were called to Katie's Woods Park Boat Ramp, where a Tesla Cybertruck was in the water, near the shore.
