Bipartisan members of the State Election Board and poll watchers WILL be allowed inside Secretary Raffensperger’s “bunker” to observe tonight’s process.

This is certainly a good thing—1.) inasmuch as Raffensberger is ON THE GOP primary ballot for... Governor, while he is still Sec. of State.
And.2.)Raffensburger’s criminal pal/buddy, one Gabe Sterling whom he HIRED to run the State Elections Board as a privately contracted so called COO, and not the Constitutionally required State employee for this job(By the Sec. of State Raffensberger no less!)—Gabe Sterling is also on the Primary Ballot for Secretary of State!!!
The actions of Sterling and Raffensberger appear quite evidently in the 2020 Federal steal which foisted Colorado Commie Ossoff and fake pastor Warnock into the two open Senate seats just like that- which was a virtual impossibility without the now federally seized ballots which were multiply scanned,(part of the current DOJ criminal investigation which may involve the ChiComs as ballot sourced-— really heavy duty federal criminals involved here right up to the 2 “workers” who sued Giuliani for millions to the “prosecutor” Fani ‘sistah’ Willis and her cruising boyfriend (now removed from any “case” remaining against Donald J.Trump.
This is a state level criminal republi-rat daisy chain of candidates managed on the ballot by Raffensberger, for himself for Governor and for Gabe Sterling his hiree- for the primary candidate winner to run for Secretary of State!
This is evident to ALL Georgia citizens paying attention to this CONGA-line form of machine driven pols. Which is trying to be broken up by MAGA senior GA politicians, Burt Jones and Tim Fleming for example. To break up this bunch of flea back scratchers (Raffensberger in partnership with Dominion/Venezuelan voting machine clowns who sold the entire state the manipulating ballot tabulators and their internet connected software.
Darned right proper that the “bunker” is open to proper authorities to assure a correctly balloted and ballot counted election. High resolution viewing on this.

Now the judge vacated his order.
Breaking News! The original Temporary Restraining Order granted by Judge Glanville has indeed been vacated and effectively reversed.
What Just Happened (The Midday Pivot)
The Secretary of State’s office immediately filed an emergency motion to dissolve the TRO once they realized it had been granted ex parte (without them in the room).
The state’s attorneys successfully argued a massive jurisdictional point: The Georgia Election Code explicitly places the administration of election-night reporting and central tabulation under the authority of the counties and the state party framework, not a centralized room that constitutes a poll-watching location under O.C.G.A. § 21-2-408. They argued that forcing the state to alter its security protocol for the “Election Night Reporting Room” at the last minute would cause operational chaos while votes are actively coming in. The court agreed, stayed the previous order, and shut the door back down.
The “Bunker” is Closed for Tonight
Because of this reversal, as the polls close at 7:00 PM tonight, the Secretary of State’s office is legally permitted to keep observers and State Election Board members out of the central data aggregation room.
The full evidentiary hearing is still on the books for May 28th, but for tonight’s primary processing, Raffensperger’s team has regained total control over the room’s access.
Have to get a ruling from a Judge to insure an open election! That says it all!
