I wonder if passing the SAVE Act would help.
The SCOTUS and a plethora of Federal judges would declare it unconstitutional. Elections and their rules are essentially the states purview.......................

Probably not.
But the SAVE America Act might help.
No, the courts have ruled that states DO NOT have authority over federal elections in their states, which is why they still have to allow people to register to vote with only affirmation rather than evidence since federal law allows it. Even if states pass voter ID to actually vote, anybody can register without ID. This makes a difference when ballots are mailed to everybody or when voter registration drives result in crooks knowing who registers fraudulently. Also, China sent out a bunch of fake IDs at least once. The federal law currently in place hogties states interested in integrity
If the strategy to stop voter fraud is to REALLY work, it will have to involve trials, convictions, and sentences for the fraudsters to become one-time rope testers.

I just got online and ordered my absentee ballot for the Maryland primary.
The potential for cheating is massive. It asks for your address and separately it asks for the address you’d like the ballot mailed to. That could go to anyone, anywhere. At the least it should default to the address on your voter registration. If the address is different they have a need to know why.
They already got this week caught cheating their brains out by sending democrat ballots to a million Republican voters.

Voting System Problems
#1 MOTOR VOTER. Non-citizens, minors 16-17, felons, many people are legitimately eligible for a State Drivers License or equivalent State ID. But all are not eligible for voter registration. The software is designed and presented in such a way that many ineligible people are registered to vote. Fixing motor voter software is not difficult once the mission and objective are clear.
The vast majority of these have no intention of voting and often are not aware of their registration. Vote Harvesters find these people a goldmine of votes.
#2 The DEAD. In every state Funeral directors and equivalent are licensed precisely to accurately record the death of people. They post to Legacy.com which has an error rate far below that of the Social Security Administration and State Agencies, especially in deaths less than 6 months old. All voter rolls in all states need to clean the dead of the rolls so Vote Harvesters cannot vote on behalf of the dead.
#3 Vacant Houses, Apartments, Vacant lots. Both from space and from ground it can be seen that nobody lives at certain addresses... not the registered voter...nobody. (Care must be given that out-of-town military, missionaries, etc are allowed to vote from such addresses, even though they have recently burnt to the ground.)
#4 The Homeless: Most states have specified that the Homeless, if registered, must register at a specific state office, or the specific location of a not-for-profit that serves the homeless. Many homeless are registered from under the bridge where they actually live. This is contrary to the law in most states.
#5 Movers. There are commercial services that list movers. They could be accessed to clean up voter rolls. Many mail delivery personnel know which houses, apartments are vacant. The USPS should not deliver mail to addresses known to be vacant, or known to not have the person named in the mail piece.
#6) There are other things that need to be done. But the above is specific; can be made more specific with detailed requirements; and testing of the results.
I was a Poll Watcher in Houston when we had voter ID laws
Democrat Activist A was signing in voters at the polling place
Activist B enters and flashes an ID claiming to a republican voter
A knows B but allows him to sign as the voter and vote
When the real republican shows up he is told that he already voted

San Joaquin County Sheriff’s Captain says voting records show people outside of the country, in Pakistan, are allowed to vote in the California elections.
The Sheriff’s Captain revealed this during a press conference in Sept 2025.
The ID requirement is a sick joke if not followed. Same with signatures if signature verification is set so loose that anything goes. Was there a process for you to stop what was going on?
Incorrect. Federal Elections are governed by the Federal Government.
State elections are governed by the States.
While the federal government sets certain national standards and laws, states and local governments hold the primary authority and responsibility for conducting and administering federal elections.
Under the U.S. Constitution’s Elections Clause, state legislatures determine the “times, places, and manner” of holding elections for Congress, subject to federal oversight. Consequently, the actual mechanics of voting—including voter registration, ballot design, polling place management, and vote counting—are managed by state and county officials, not federal agents.
It’s handled by states but they have to follow the federal law for federal elections. It’s why AZ had to have different ballots for federal elections, cuz a bunch of people not able to register for state elections cuz they had no documentation still registered for federal via affirmations as the federal law allows.
