A million times worse than Watergate.I called Russiagate a thousand times worse than Watergate. We’re several stages beyond that. The latest revelations about ‘Arctic Frost’, the operation by the Biden administration to target Trump and allies, go way beyond anything even in Russiagate. The witch hunt fronted by Clinton ally Jack Smith targeted conservative groups, even those that didn’t exist during the battle over the election or on Jan 6, the alleged reason for the investigation, and bugged a fifth of the Republican Senate delegation. Sen. Ted Cruz held a press conference to reveal that the targeting of his phone...

That’s the only way.” Mr Sliwa has been behind in the polls from the outset and those desperate to keep Zohran...

Back in the late 1970s there was a popular wine commercial with the film director Orson Welles reminding us that “some things can’t be rushed,” and concluding with what became a famous catchphrase: “We will sell no wine before its time.” One of the biggest yet least discussed problems with the race to establish the solar industry before the subsidies run out is that the product has arguably been rushed to market before it is perfected. The construction is getting ahead of the expertise – meaning that billions of dollars could be invested in solar devices that are soon to...

"All-In Podcast" host David Sacks asks someone to look into Institutional Shareholder Services (ISS) and Glass Lewis, the two largest proxy advisory firms that tell institutional investors how to vote their shares of public companies. DAVID SACKS: I think for years people have been wondering why did corporate America go so woke? Especially in the early 2020s, where they created all these DEI departments. You know, they didn't have to do that. And a big part of the reason is that those initiatives came from [the two largest proxy advisory firms] Glass Lewis and ISS. I think Elon's jokingly called...

Last month, reporters asked Spanberger if she supported “transgender women” playing in female sports and using female restrooms. The Democrat replied: So in Virginia, until very recently we have had a process in place where on an individual, one-by-one basis, schools, principals, parents, coaches were making decisions based on fairness, competitiveness and safety, where a child might be able...

Senators in both parties — below the leadership level — are starting to see an unmistakable shift that they hope leads to a bipartisan agreement to end the shutdown, perhaps as early as next week, according to more than a dozen sources. That agreement almost certainly won’t happen this week. Still, Republican and Democratic senators are quietly discussing how to rebuild Congress’ broken spending process, including several bills that would fund the government into next year once it reopens. There’s no sign yet that Democrats are willing to support the House GOP’s stopgap bill on Thursday, when it’s next scheduled...

When Senator Ted Cruz challenged Microsoft one year ago over their funding of NewsGuard’s so-called “media literacy” program, the company claimed it had cut ties. Senator Cruz, acting in good faith, praised this apparent disavowal believing Microsoft was stepping back from a tool that unfairly targets conservative voices. While his leadership rightfully exposed Microsoft’s overreach, a new report by the Fair Election Fund reveals Microsoft lied, continuing to promote NewsGuard, while also engaging in broader censorship that threatens free...
