In the latest document dump related to the Biden Justice Department’s fishing expedition targeting hundreds of conservative activists, donors, organizations, and even senators, Sen. Chuck Grassley on Wednesday released nearly 2,000 pages of subpoenas issued by Special Counsel Jack Smith’s team for their targets’ banking data, communications, and other information.
The 197 subpoenas, issued to financial institutions, consulting firms, conservative organizations and PACs, individuals, and technology companies, were part of Smith’s dragnet searching for incriminating evidence to bring down President Donald Trump and his supporters during the 2024 presidential campaign. The DOJ investigators even surveilled Sen. Ted Cruz’s office landline, senators revealed in a press conference on Wednesday.
All of the six attorneys who signed the subpoenas are no longer employed by the DOJ, The Federalist has learned.
The assistant special counsel who signed the majority of the subpoenas, Maria Vento, is no longer employed by the DOJ and has not been for at least a few months, a source familiar with the situation told The Federalist. A Maria Vento — presumably the same attorney before she parted ways with the DOJ — was credited in a DOJ press release in April as an assistant U.S. attorney and was arguing cases on behalf of the government in May in North Carolina. Her name appears on more than 100 of the subpoenas released on Wednesday.
The source also told The Federalist that Erin B. Pulice, who signed roughly two dozen of the subpoenas as an assistant special counsel, is no longer employed by the DOJ. An Erin Pulice with the same middle initial was affiliated with the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Maryland, according to...

Are they in prison? If not you get no doughnuts.
They are probably no longer in the USA
“JUDGE” BOASBERG NEEDS TO BE REMOVED, ALSO
I am sure they are “falling up” into fat-salary private sector jobs, or with lefty state AGs.
Oh geeze. If this isn’t a Bee headline…
Wont happen since he would need to be impeached. The Senate would never agree to it.
“Maria Vento is a lawyer based in Palo Alto, California, practicing business law and intellectual property.
She is affiliated with the District of Columbia Bar and works at Wilmer, Cutler, Pickering, Hale, and Dorr LLP”
IOW she’s a Rat party operative. Maybe buddies with Christine Blasey Ford, also a Rat party operative from Palo Alto.
Trying to take out the king and the king’s whole family isn’t a good idea if you can’t completely finish the job.
You’d think they’d have thought of this, but obviously not.
If it were a guy that beats women, has numerous convictions for violent crimes, is on drugs, was using counterfeit money, and resisted arrest, but died because a cop put a knee on his neck, we wouldn’t hear the end of it in our media.
But hundreds of people and organizations targeted systemically, premeditated, with the top members of our government involved, and then covering it up, isn’t a big story.
When he gets perforated in the SWAT raid then who cares if the senate will impeach. These people do not operate within the rules of civilized society. It is time they met “turnabout is fair play”.
The six rat-finks are
Maria Vento
Erin B. Pulice
Brooke C. Watson
Matthew Burke
Timothy A. Duree
Mary L. Dohrmann
Four of the six are female. For what that’s worth.
It would, of course, be very wrong to track these individuals down, to find their phone numbers, their email addresses, and their physical locations. It would, of course, be very wrong to make that information public. It would, of course, be very wrong to send them messages critical of their malfeasance in office.
Very wrong indeed.
“Christine Blasey Ford”
Ah, she of the two front doors because she had a phobia about not being able to exit under some sort of bizarre scenario. I haven’t thought of her since she tried to crater Kavanaugh’s nomination with her crazed stories.
A monstrous criminal conspiracy essentially to subvert the government in their favor right smack-dab inside the heart of the United States Justice Department. We all probably suspected this for a long time, but now it’s a matter of record.
They are scattering like the roaches they are.
Just firing them seems like a slap on the wrist and have a good life punishment. Very weak.
How many will wind up at Georgetown University Law School?
If Boasburg was conspiring with the DOJ, FBI, Smith, and others to go after Trump, he would be subject to criminal prosecution. If he told the court clerk to assign all Trump-related cases to himself to further the conspiracy to get Trump, he can be prosecuted criminally because those are not actions related to the performance of his judicial functions.
In fact, he could be charged with conspiracy, RICO violations and a number of other crimes.
None of these crimes require impeachment.
