Indeed, even vocal supporters of America’s effort are now expressing doubts that Nasa will be able to beat the Chinese space agency in the race to send humans back to the lunar surface. China has been making great strides in its lunar effort and is targeting a Moon landing by 2030. America’s programme, on the other hand, is beset with problems, including the lack of a working lunar landing system and lunar surface spacesuits that are behind schedule.

The historic agreement between Hamas and Israel, brokered by President Donald Trump, has unified Americans to the point that even Democrats are breaking down in tears praising the Peace President. As The Gateway Pundit’s Jim Hoft reported, Trump delivered remarks to The Knesset in Jerusalem, Israel, this morning while most Americans were still asleep. Trump traveled to Israel after he helped broker a historic peace agreement between Hamas and Israel. Also on Monday, Hamas terrorists released 13 Israeli hostages back to Israel after two years of captivity. Trump told the members of the Knesset, “Today the skies are calm, the...

Following Stephen A. Smith’s tirade against Jasmine Crockett and those alike, the U.S. Representative for Texas has reacted. She replied with a prayer hands emoji to rapper Willie D’s comments about Smith. “Stephen A. Smith taking shots at Jasmine Crockett ain’t just messy, it’s weak,” he stated in a repost shared on Crockett’s Instagram Stories. “Dude is sitting on one of the biggest mics in America, and instead of using it to uplift, he’s tearing down a Black woman who’s out here putting in real work. That ain’t critique, that’s betrayal. Jasmine Crockett ain’t the problem.”

US President Donald Trump urged Israel to seize the chance for peace and called on Palestinians to turn “forever from the path of terror” in a speech to the Israeli parliament Monday, hours after Hamas released all 20 living hostages. Trump received a hero’s welcome by the Knesset — as well as being briefly heckled by a left-wing member, who was promptly escorted out — after brokering a ceasefire that raised hopes for lasting peace in the region. “Generations from now, this will be remembered as the moment that everything began to change,” Trump told lawmakers, describing the truce as...

John Adams had been a strong advocate of a navy for the rebellious colonies since the Congress had convened. But the same Congress that had endorsed an army under the command of George Washington that spring was reluctant to do the same for a navy. Adams was aware that, in these early days of the rebellion, a sizable faction still hoped for a reconciliation with the Crown, and they feared that creating a navy was too provocative. An army could be seen as defensive in nature, a necessary response to provocations, but a navy implied sovereignty—and that begat independence, something...

As U.S. President Donald Trump flew to Israel on Monday, his plane passed over the words “THANK YOU” written on the beach in Tel Aviv. Aboard Air Force One, Trump declared to reporters that “the war is over,” referring to the more than two-year conflict in Gaza between Israel and Palestinian militant group Hamas. As part of a new cease-fire the U.S. helped to broker last week, seven Israeli hostages were set free just before Trump touched down, and the other 13 remaining living hostages were handed over to the Red Cross, while over 1,700 Palestinians detained by Israel were...

Former member of the Virginia House of Delegates and current Democrat nominee for State Attorney General (AG) Jay Jones is facing widespread criticism for a 2022 text exchange with Delegate Carrie Coyner (R) in which he wrote "if I had two bullets and faced a choice between shooting then-House Speaker Todd Gilbert, Adolf Hitler, or Pol Pot, Gilbert gets two bullets to the head." Coyner called him back to express her dismay at his remarks, but was treated to Jones speculating that "if Gilbert's two little fascists were to die in their mother's arms perhaps that would be more effective....

Robotics has catapulted Beijing into a dominant position in many industries “It’s the most humbling thing I’ve ever seen,” said Ford’s chief executive about his recent trip to China. After visiting a string of factories, Jim Farley was left astonished by the technical innovations being packed into Chinese cars – from self-driving software to facial recognition. “Their cost and the quality of their vehicles is far superior to what I see in the West,” Farley warned… “We are in a global competition with China, [and it’s not just EVs]. And if we lose this, we do not have a future...

Daily Readings from the USCCB“This generation is an evil generation; it seeks a sign, but no sign will be given it, except the sign of Jonah. Just as Jonah became a sign to the Ninevites, so will the Son of Man be to this generation.” Luke 11:29–30Do you ever find yourself looking for signs from God? Often when we go through life, navigating through the ups and downs we all experience, we can easily find ourselves looking for signs from God about what we should do about this or that. And though God certainly communicates to us at times through...

For those of you wondering how CNN's brand has fallen so deep into the toilet, the strange attitudes divorced from reality of many who work at that network might offer one of the significant reasons. An example comes in the form of CNN's Science and Wellness writer, Madeline Holcombe, who wrote an overlong boring rant about her neurotic hangup with the 'male gaze' on Saturday, "After years of progress on gender, the male gaze is back."The "male gaze" is back? If you even knew it ever existed as a major problem in the first place, then YOU are probably the one...

"[S]omebody once observed that so much of leftism is pretending not to understand things that everyone understands." — Kurt Schlichter on "X" Of the 251 hostages seized in the Oct 7, 2023, Hamas raid on Southern Israel, 20 came out alive today, all men. None of the captured 76 women and girls made it out alive. This should tell you something about the moral disposition of Hamas, on top of the shockingly low number of survivors altogether. World opinion has not processed this in the heat of this moment, with the Gaza War ostensibly resolved, for now. . . or...

Bodycam footage shows Erika McGriff arguing with Officer Randy Holton outside IDEA Charter School in Jacksonville, Florida, moments before the confrontation turned violent.
