Antifa Needs to be Declared a Terrorist Organization. Declaring an entity a terrorist organization under U.S. law carries significant legal consequences. Such designations are made by the Secretary of State in accordance with section 219 of the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA), as amended, and serve to stigmatize and isolate the designated organization internationally, deter donations or contributions to and economic transactions with the named organization, and heighten public awareness and knowledge of the organization. These designations play a critical role in the fight against terrorism and are an effective means of curtailing support for terrorist activities and pressuring groups...

But he was dead just hours later - with the circumstances unclear and conflicting details emerging about what happened. It's just the latest mystery death among Russia's elite, including many who have plunged from windows. Was the body moved? Alvarado police officer shot while responding to suspicious person call near Prairieland Detention Facility The shooting of a Texas police officer near a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) detention facility and the firing of shots at federal officers over the weekend was a "planned ambush" on the building, resulting in 11 people being charged, authorities said Monday. An Alvarado, Texas, police officer was shot Friday night near the Prairieland Detention Facility, authorities said. "This was an egregious attack on federal and local law enforcement officers and it is part of an increasing trend of violence against them," said Nancy...

The Wall Street Journal welcomed FBI Director Kash Patel and Deputy Director Dan Bongino to the “rotten establishment” in a new editorial about the ongoing MAGA civil war over the Trump administration’s handling of the Jeffrey Epstein case. On Sunday night, a Department of Justice and FBI memo concluding that Epstein did, in fact, commit suicide and there was “no incriminating ‘client list'” or “credible evidence … that Epstein blackmailed prominent individuals” was reported on by Axios to the dismay of many of President Donald Trump’s biggest fans. “I’m going to go throw up actually. And this only happens every...

Socialist New York City mayoral nominee Zohran Mamdani visited a controversial Brooklyn mosque to pray while on the campaign trail — just months after the imam had called for the destruction of Israel. Mamdani posted a picture of himself speaking at the Islamic Society of Bay Ridge, alongside firebrand cleric Sheikh Muhammad Al-Barr, on his social media in January. “It was a privilege to join Jummah prayers at the Islamic Society of Bay Ridge today,” the socialist nominee said in the post on X dated January 17. Mamdani’s visit came just five months after Al-Barr called on Allah in a...

Biden bombshell: Here’s one for the history books. This morning, Playbook readers can read the actual six-page memo that convinced President Joe Biden to push for an early debate with Donald Trump last June. And a quick trigger warning: Dems may prefer to read it through their fingers. With friends like these: In the ill-fated briefing document, dated April 15, 2024, Biden’s senior advisers told him not to wait for the autumn dates proposed by the Commission on Presidential Debates — the first of which, they noted, was scheduled after mail-in ballots would start going out — but instead to...

President Donald Trump is reshaping a student loan cancellation program into what some fear will become a tool for political retribution, taking aim at organizations that serve immigrants and transgender youth. Public Service Loan Forgiveness allows government employees, such as teachers and firefighters, plus many who work for nonprofits, to have their student loans canceled after they made payments for 10 years. The Education Department is preparing an overhaul that would strip the benefit from organizations involved in "illegal activities," with the final determination left up to the U.S. education secretary. A draft proposal released by the department includes definitions...

BREAKING: Tom Homan GOES OFF after a Texas officer was SH0T at by a left-wing lunatic outside an ICE facility. He is furious and says MEMBERS OF CONGRESS are fanning the flames. "We have senators, we have Congress people that compare ICE to the Nazis, to racists, and it just continues!" "The attacks on ICE are up nearly 700% now. We were talking 500% a couple weeks ago, so it continues." "The rhetoric against the men and women of ICE is skyrocketing, ESPECIALLY by members of Congress." It must stop.

A new study published in the journal Science suggests that humans might have played a significant part in the sudden deforestation of rainforests from Central Africa. This work contradicts the prevailing view that the expansion of farming practices was the root cause as well as the increased incidence of long, severe dry spells.Germain Bayon, a geochemist at the French Research Institute for Exploration of the Sea in Plouzané, and his colleagues examined the weathering of sediment samples that were drawn from the mouth of the Congo River. Deforestation intensifies weathering; therefore the clay samples would provide a continuous record of...

In exchange for sending tens of thousands of troops and vast amounts of artillery shells to aid Russia’s war in Ukraine, North Korea is likely demanding and receiving critical Russian military technology. While Pyongyang receives cash payments for its mercenaries, the real prize for Kim Jong Un is access to advanced Russian know-how that it cannot develop itself.

Democratic voters are asking their representatives to exhibit more violence while resisting Donald Trump's agenda - with some even suggesting lawmakers prepare to 'get shot.' The party - reeling in the wake of Trump's November victory - heads toward the 2026 midterms with polls showing their own voters are unhappy with their performance. Now, liberal politicians fear Trump haters are urging them to bend the law and even resort to violence in a desperate attempt to resist the president. 'Our own base is telling us that what we're doing is not good enough...there needs to be blood to grab the...

On July 1, 2025, in the Southern District of California, Federal District Judge, the Hon. Cathy Ann Bencivengo ruled that the State of California must modify their law to allow non-residents to apply for concealed carry permits. The logic is clear. At the time of the founding, there was no requirement banning non-residents from carrying weapons for self-defense. Judge Bencivido stated: The sole issue in this case is whether the Constitution requires California to allow nonresidents to apply for a concealed carry weapons (CCW) license. Plaintiffs, who are not California residents, complain that they are prohibited from carrying a firearm...

The reconciliation bill signed by the president last week contains, among many other things, a “remittance tax”, which assesses a 1 percent fee on certain transfers of money abroad. Since earning money to send back home is one of the most common motivations for coming to the U.S., taxing remittances may discourage illegal immigration at the margins. A remittance tax could also help collect taxes on income that illegal immigrants would not otherwise report. This post offers another justification for a remittance tax, which is to recover welfare money sent abroad. As discussed below, there appears to be significant overlap...

Well, it certainly hasn't taken long for leftist judges to ignore the stern scolding from the United States Supreme Court and get back to the important business of standing in the way of everything President Donald Trump does, as a federal judge just blocked the defunding of Planned Parenthood in the "Big, Beautiful Bill." It was less than two weeks ago that SCOTUS handed down a ruling that said federal judges handing down nationwide injunctions "likely" constituted an overreach of their authority. That apparently didn't matter to a district court judge in Massachusetts, who, as reported by Just the News,...

All the attention being thrown at New York’s mayoral primary race, won by socialist Zohran Mamdani, raises broader questions that deserve answers. Why do voters keep electing Democrats responsible for so much urban decline and decay? What will break the left’s stranglehold on our once great cities? Is the situation simply hopeless? Of the nation’s largest 20 cities, only two have Republican mayors – Dallas and Fort Worth, Texas. Republicans hold the mayorships of just 25 of the 100 largest cities. And that number is down from 30 in 2020. More mysterious is the paradox that, despite the fact that...

MILWAUKEE (CN) — A federal Wisconsin magistrate judge recommended on Monday that the court deny Milwaukee County Circuit Court Judge Hannah Dugan’s motion to dismiss the obstruction charges brought against her. “Whether Dugan violated these statutes as the government accuses, or whether she was merely performing her judicial duties as Dugan asserts, these are questions for a jury that cannot be resolved on a motion to dismiss,” U.S. Magistrate Judge Nancy Joseph wrote in a 37-page ruling. U.S. District Judge Lynn Adelman, a Bill Clinton appointee, will take Joseph's recommendation under advisement and issue a final decision on the motion...
