The left cannot win by building, creating, or leaving good things alone. They must destroy what has worked well and kept the peace in the past. They call it “progressivism,” but it is studied destruction. Leftists must change things for the sheer thrill of exerting destructive and revisionist power over others. It’s a recessive entropy gene.

The Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) is the most famous of the 18 US government agencies that comprise the Intelligence Community (IC) of the United States of America. Unlike the Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI), the law strictly prohibits CIA employees or contractors from spying upon or running clandestine operations against American citizens on US soil. But now, a new Twitter Files investigation reveals that a member of the Board of Trustees of the CIA’s mission-driven venture capital firm and ostensibly “former” IC and CIA analysts were involved in a 2021-2022 effort to take over Twitter’s content management system. The effort...

There’s a large region of the right-wing media ecosystem that is littered with those always-disappointing carbon-snake fireworks. Touch one of them with a spark and it springs to life, pushing out an unbroken chain of detritus. Eventually it dies out, leaving a mess, but there are other sparks and other snakes still to be lit. On Tuesday, filings from Donald Trump’s federal indictment served as a spark. The mess that followed was unusual only in its hyperbole: because the FBI included documentation about how to handle contingencies in its August 2022 search of Mar-a-Lago, including limiting the use of firearms,...

A purportedly never-before-seen Department of Defense memo from the Obama era appears to indicate the federal government already may have had original copies of the documents seized at former President Trump’s Mar-a-Lago home in Florida in 2022, raising serious questions about the pretext for the raid, Fox News Digital has exclusively learned. America First Legal (AFL), a conservative legal group, released Thursday what it says is a newly unearthed memo from the Obama administration Department of Defense "confirming the government may have already had originals of the alleged classified documents involved in Special Counsel Jack Smith’s sham prosecution against President...

Nigel Farage has argued on Sky News that a "growing number" of young Muslims in the UK do not subscribe to British values. The Reform UK honorary president told Sky News's Sunday Morning With Trevor Phillips: "We have a growing number of young people in this country who do not subscribe to British values. "In fact, loathe much of what we stand for. I think we see them on the streets of London every Saturday." Asked if "we are talking about Muslims here", Mr Farage said: "We are. And I'm afraid I found some of the recent surveys saying that...

Butker: 'Never be afraid to speak out for truth, even when it goes against the loudest voices'... Kansas City Chiefs kicker Harrison Butker made his first public remarks on Friday night following his viral commencement speech at a Catholic university that caused a leftist meltdown, stating that the “shocking level of hate” will not deter him from being “unapologetic” about his faith. “If it wasn’t clear that the timeless Catholic values are hated by many, it is now,” Butker said at the Courage Under Fire gala in Nashville, in support of a Catholic charity. “Over the past few days, my...

The post is to present to the Free Republic assemblage of great technical thinkers a concept that seems to be an improbable and irrational prospect but is in fact a real conundrum. A generator has been created that produces the electric wattage to drive an electric motor that causes the rotor of the generator to spin and produce the electric current. Not only does the generator produce the power to run the motor, but it produces a considerable excess for other electric devices. The generator produces free energy, forever. The video depicting the fabrication and assembly of the generator/motor is...

Heavy seas tore four U.S. Army vessels from their moorings Saturday while they were trying to assist humanitarian aid deliveries to Gaza. No U.S. personnel were injured by the stormy seas, CENTCOM said, while Israel Defense Forces are assisting in recovering the vessels, and the pier remains fully functional.

The man I heard in the Bronx bears scant resemblance to the bumbling yet dangerous ogre that the world has fabricated around the name Trump. Donald Trump’s Bronx rally on Thursday was memorable not only for its display of political virility in a foreign—i.e., Democrat—clime but also for the rhetorical excellence of the speech that Trump, in his usual circuitous manner, delivered. Tweeting (or X-ing) the column I wrote about the event, I dilated on the suppleness of Trump’s speeches. “I know this sounds odd,” I wrote, but here goes: Donald Trump has delivered some of the very best political...

The administration of United States President Joe Biden has called for the rapid deployment of a Kenyan-led security force to Haiti following the killing of three US missionaries in the violence-hit Caribbean country. The appeal on Friday came shortly after US non-profit Missions in Haiti Inc announced that three of its missionaries were fatally shot by armed gunmen on Thursday night in the Haitian capital, Port-au-Prince. The deaths are the latest in months of spiralling violence in Port-au-Prince, which remains largely under the control of powerful armed groups that have unleashed a wave of deadly attacks across the city. They...

Where our Sailors Rest. “If you ever want to sleep with a blonde again, you had better shoot down these bastards as soon as they come up” – a destroyer captain motivates his exhausted crew shortly before a kamikaze attack. The sea-battle toll for Okinawa that ended on June 21st 1945 was 36 U.S. warships sunk and 368 damaged. Almost 5,000 sailors were killed in action and another 5,000 wounded. War naturally conjures images of courageous infantrymen. Gettysburg, Flanders Fields and not the Coral Sea or Leyte Gulf. Too often forgotten are the heroic Navy, Coast Guard and Merchant Marine...

Concerning the death of too many Palestinians in Gaza, on May 15, 2024, Israel released video (taken by an Israeli drone) of a Hamas terrorist at a United Nations Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA) humanitarian aid warehouse in Rafah shooting at Palestinian civilians. Israel Katz (Israel’s Foreign Minister) said no lie from António Guterres, UN secretary-general, and Philippe Lazzarini, commissioner general of UNRWA, will hide the truth: “UNRWA is an arm of the terrorist organization Hamas.
