TLANTA, Georgia: The trial set for early 2024 will decide whether Georgia's electronic voting system has major cybersecurity flaws, which potentially violated voters' constitutional rights to cast their votes and have them accurately counted. As part of a long-running lawsuit filed by activists who said the state should abandon its electronic voting machines in favor of hand-marked paper ballots, U.S. District Judge Amy Totenberg issued a 135-page ruling late November 10. The state had asked Totenberg to rule in its favor based on the arguments and facts in the case without going to trial, but the judge decided that "material...

The Ukrainian counter-offensive was supposed to change the course of the war. The Ukrainians, backed by large deliveries of Western weapons, would punch through the Russian lines and move inexorably toward Crimea — and victory. It did not happen. The hopes of Ukraine and its Western partners have shattered against the hundreds of thousands of Russian soldiers and millions of mines that stretch across the line of contact from Kupiansk in the north to Robotyne in the south. Two weeks ago, Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Valerii Zaluzhnyi admitted that things had reached a 'dead end'. It was...

“I might get a little razzing for wearing pink,” says Clements, a construction contractor. “My friends will absolutely give me a lot of crap. But they give me a lot of crap anyway.” ...Matt Davis, the founder and owner of Final Rise, initially stayed away from offering gear in pink. “There’s a lot of gals out there that just get pissed off whenever you throw pink on something,” he says. “They feel it’s downgrading them as hunters, that they’re not as good as guys.” “To me it was not a gender issue, it was a safety issue,” he adds. “A...

Nicole was walking through an affluent part of Alexandria, Virginia, with a friend last month, when a man approached her and began screaming. He railed about the hijab she wore, saying she looked Muslim, and made comments about Hamas raping Israeli women, she said. Her friend corroborated the account. It was just days after the start of the Israel-Hamas war and the encounter left Nicole feeling rattled, worried and frightened. So much so, that she asked CNN to use only her first name, out of fear for her family’s safety. “I haven’t stopped wearing hijab. I didn’t after 9/11 either,”...

The second test launch of SpaceX's Starship got off to a successful start Saturday, with the booster separating from the spaceship, but both then exploded shortly after over the ocean. "Such an incredibly successful day," a SpaceX announcer said. "Even though we did have a… rapid unscheduled disassembly of both the Super Heavy Booster and the ship." The largest rocket ever built -- Elon Musk hopes it will one day be used to colonize Mars -- blasted off from the company's Starbase in Boca Chica, Texas shortly after 7:00 am local. Unlike the previous such attempt in April, the booster...

For weeks, we’ve seen videos exposing Hamas’s depravity. Its soldiers’ blatant disregard for human life and the seeming joy with which they carried out their depravity was disheartening. Sadly, this kind of depravity can be found closer to home, too, where videos abound of black crime across America, with people shot, pushed in front of trains, sucker punched, beaten to a pulp, and even killed by individuals, gangs, or groups of “teens.” In both cases, the perpetrators have an ostensible enemy at whom their anger is directed. For Hamas, it’s Jews, and for blacks, it’s whites. Apologists for both groups...

A federal jury reached an impasse on Thursday in a civil rights case against a police officer involved in Breonna Taylor’s shooting death in 2020, forcing a mistrial. After nearly a week of deliberation, the jury could not agree on whether to convict former officer Brett Hankison of using excessive force that violated the rights of Taylor, her boyfriend and their neighbors.

"By faith even Sarah herself received ability to conceive, even beyond the proper time of life, since she considered Him faithful who had promised; therefore, also, there was born of one man, and him as good as dead at that, as many descendants as the stars of heaven in number, and innumerable as the sand which is by the seashore" (Heb. 11:11-12). Your faith in Christ will influence future generations. I've been blessed with a wonderful Christian heritage. In fact, I'm the fifth generation of preachers in our family. The faith of my predecessors has had an enormous impact on...

Former Rep. Adam Kinzinger (R-IL) said Friday on CNN’s “The Lead” that he believed Rep. Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) “needs help” because of two physical altercations he had with the ex-speaker. Anchor Jake Tapper asked, “You are a combat veteran. You served in Iraq, Afghanistan, and you have watched many politicians speak as if Congress itself were a battlefield. They want to score points for their side no matter the costs. This week a Republican lawmaker accused Kevin McCarthy of giving him a sucker elbow to his kidneys. In the book, you write about two physical altercations with McCarty. Tell us...

During the trials of its Covid vaccines, pharmaceutical giant Pfizer found that sudden deaths doubled after people had been injected with the mRNA shots. The disturbing findings were revealed in a new analysis of Pfizer’s trial data. Researchers found that sudden deaths were twice as high in the vaccine group of the original Pfizer clinical trial when compared those who received a placebo. The researchers behind the new analysis are now raising the alarm about the safety of the novel mRNA drug. Pfizer hasn’t made the data public, however, and has been battling in court to keep it sealed. The...

Close to 100 voters have come to the Northampton County Republican Party with complaints alleging they were turned away from polls on Election Day or their votes weren’t registered securely, according to the county party chairman. Northampton County Republican Committee Chairman Glenn Geissinger said he’s working with attorneys at the local and state level to prevent the election results from being certified as scheduled next week. Of the 100 statements he’s received, 75 were notarized, Geissinger said. “By pursuing this, we hope that these errors will be eradicated and that we can move to a system that better represents the...

"Sheena, the work you've done is extraordinary." "It's incredible." That was CNN This Morning co-anchors Poppy Harlow and Phil Mattingly, respectively, gushing on Friday over Sheena Meade, an activist who promotes "Clean Slate" laws in states across the country. The interview came the day after Democratic New York Governor Kathy Hochul signed that state's version into law, the twelfth state to do so. The law sealed the criminal records, including some serious felonies, of convicts if they don't get convicted again after a certain number of years. So employers, landlords, and others would have no way of knowing whether they...

The Girl Scouts of the USA has announced a new direction that will see the organization push radical Marxist training programs for children. The Girl Scouts is set to offer a four-part Marxism-based “racial equity” training series to volunteers and parents. Part of the training will focus on “internalized racism” and “white supremacy culture.” The 111-year-old organization was originally created to serve America’s young women. However, the Girl Scouts now appears to have adopted far-left Critical Race Theory (CRT). CRT is the divisive Marxism-rooted ideology that has taken root in America’s schools and corporations. The four-part series is set to...

This list only includes destroyed vehicles and equipment of which photo or videographic evidence is available. Therefore, the amount of equipment destroyed is significantly higher than recorded here. Loitering munitions, drones used as unmanned bait, civilian vehicles and derelict equipment are not included in this list. All possible effort has gone into avoiding duplicate entries and discerning the status of equipment between captured or abandoned. Many of the entries listed as 'abandoned' will likely end up captured or destroyed. Similarly, some of the captured equipment might be destroyed if it can't be recovered. When a vehicle is captured and then...

Huey Lewis and the News said it best about ESG goals: “The elites want a new drug.” The World Economic Forum (WEF) is a leading pusher of the ESG drug, pushed by the elite class intending to control the world. Unfortunately, numerous American politicians and influencers have attended the Davos meetings and have openly praised the WEF and its leader Klaus Schwab. ESG refers to the environmental, social and governance information about a firm. There is growing evidence that companies that take their environmental and social responsibilities seriously perform better financially. This has naturally made investors sit up and take...
