If you thought based on our coverage of the curriculums at Yale, Stanford, and Chicago that you had seen the worst of the political indoctrination that passes for a law school education these days, wait until you see the curriculum at the Colombia Law School in New York City. Parents are paying $331,350 — or students are going into enormous debt — for what amounts to a three-year reeducation camp at Columbia to produce leftist social warriors who will, as Christian says, “upend centuries of legal traditions and institutions,” including trashing the U.S. Constitution, to usher in the Marxist,...

VIDEOFox News asked one of its producers, Abby Grossberg, to spy on Maria Bartiromo. Why? Well, as this video of her interview with Obama's handler Valerie Jarrett reveals, it was because Bartromo has been asking the incisive questions that makes the Fox News executives, who want to become more mainstream media, very very nervous. Therefore don't be surprised to see Maria Bartiromo to be next on the Fox News chopping block.

Rep. Diana Harshbarger, R-Tenn., has endorsed former President Donald Trump and has joined his campaign leadership team, she revealed in a statement Sunday evening."As we face unprecedented challenges that threaten the American way of life, it's clear that the Biden administration has failed us," her campaign said. "Our economy teeters on the brink of recession, and we risk losing an entire generation to drug overdose deaths exacerbated by an open border. Meanwhile, Democrat-run cities and states have allowed lawlessness to become the norm, and corrupt judicial systems have made criminals into victims."She added: "The world watches as we project weakness...

Pentagon officials are “quietly cheering” popular conservative media figure Tucker Carlson’s departure from Fox News, according to a report. Politico reported Tuesday that a senior defense official told the outlet: We’re a better country without him bagging on our military every night in front of hundreds of thousands of people. The official also said Carlson “made a mockery” of the free press and “repeatedly cherry-picked department policies and used them to destroy DoD as an institution.” “Good riddance,” a second defense official said.

Both Tucker Carlson and Fox News remain mum on the departure of Fox News’s most popular host beyond the terse initial announcement. While I have little doubt that Tucker was fired because he promised to see viewers on Monday during what ended up as his final broadcast last Friday, there have been intriguing signs that he was chafing under the Fox News yoke and may even welcome the circumstances of his departure.Harriet Alexander of the UK Daily Mail cites several examples of tension with Fox management starting with coverage on the 2020 election:Tucker Carlson was ousted by Fox News in...

Donald Glover says that when he became a writer for 30 Rock, Tina Fey told him he was a diversity hire. To this anyone could ask, How does she know he's a diversity hire? To that question I'd ask, How could anyone be sure he isn't?This is the great trouble with enforcing diversity. When the Army, or a university, or the American Medical Association promotes "diversity," the only person you can be sure deserves the promotion is the "least diverse" person in the room. Everybody else, no matter how skilled, becomes suspect. And there's no way to clear him from...

"In an effort to align our curriculum with our equity policy, teachers will be using gender inclusive language throughout this unit. With any differences, we strive to use 'person-first' language as best practice," she added. The letter outlined some examples of the new politically correct language. "Person who produces sperm in place of boy, male, and assigned male at birth," the letter explained. "Person who produces eggs in place of girl, female and assigned female at birth," she added.

INDIANAPOLIS, Indiana — Former President Donald Trump told Breitbart News exclusively that he believes the movement supporting his 2024 comeback campaign is “even stronger” than the one that backed him in 2016.“I think, in terms of movement—you can use that word if you want—but I think it’s even stronger than it was in 2016,” Trump said in an interview backstage after his speech to the annual National Rifle Association (NRA) gathering here earlier this month. “People saw what we can do.”Indiana, where Breitbart News interviewed Trump, is a particularly historic place for Trump’s political rise. It is here where Trump...

I am dismayed that Donald Trump seems to be adopting the tactics of the Biden-dominated DNC and rejecting the opportunity for voters to hear directly from candidates for their parties’ nomination in a presidential debate. In a post on Truth Social, he writes:I see that everybody is talking about the Republican Debates, but nobody got my approval, or the approval of the Trump Campaign, before announcing them. When you’re leading by seemingly insurmountable numbers, and you have hostile Networks with angry, TRUMP & MAGA hating anchors asking the “questions,” why subject yourself to being libeled and abused? Also, the Second...

His distinguished body of work includes articles on social movements and collective protest published in all the leading disciplinary journals, including the...

The latest Morning Consult poll shows that former President Donald Trump is more electable against President Joe Biden than Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis (R) by a large margin. Among 794 potential Republican primary voters who said they plan to participate in the 2024 Republican presidential primary (or caucus) in their state, Trump was judged more electable against Biden by 29 points. A majority (54 percent) of the respondents said that Trump has a better chance of defeating Biden in the 2024 presidential election if they face each other in November 2024. Comparatively, only 25 percent said DeSantis was more electable...

Former South Carolina Governor Nikki Haley said on Tuesday she was personally against abortion rights but bore no ill will for those who felt differently, in a rare foray by a Republican White House hopeful into one of the more sensitive issues of the 2024 U.S. election campaign. In a roughly 20-minute speech, Haley described the debate around abortion as an issue for each state to decide. While she would favor legislation restricting abortion rights at the federal level, she said that as a practical matter Republicans were unlikely to win the majorities needed in Congress to impose their agenda....

Former president Donald Trump picked up another key endorsement on Monday from Lee Zeldin, the former Long Island congressman and 2022 New York Republican gubernatorial nominee.“The GOP is filled with amazing talent to save our country from the failed policies of the Biden Admin. Our nominee in 2024 will be the 45th & 47th POTUS, Donald Trump,” Zeldin wrote on Twitter, endorsing the former president.“Our economy will be stronger, our streets will be safer, & our lives will be freer. He has my full support,” the former congressman added. The GOP is filled with amazing talent to save our country from...

President Biden once hammered an opponent for being too old for office — even though he was almost 20 years younger than the oldest-ever commander-in-chief is now. Biden, running to stay president despite being 80, was a 29-year-old local Delaware councilman in 1972 when he ran the cruel — and ultimately successful — campaign for Senate. Biden repeatedly bashed incumbent Republican Sen. Cale Boggs for being too old at a mere 63 — which is 23 years younger than Biden will be at the end of a second term as president if he wins reelection. His campaign approach was described...

A major international trial has concluded that, where possible, surgeons should replace the removed section of the skull following surgery to treat a form of brain haemorrhage. This approach will save patients from having to undergo skull reconstruction further down the line. One of the potentially life-threatening results of head injury is a so-called acute subdural haematoma—a bleed that occurs between the brain and skull and can lead to the build-up of pressure. Such haemorrhages require surgery to stem the bleeding, remove the blood clot and relieve pressure. At present, there are two approaches to such surgery. One approach is...

Google said its cloud group has turned profitable on an operating basis after showing losses for more than three years. Google is third in the U.S. cloud infrastructure market, behind Amazon and Microsoft. Google has been pouring money into its cloud-computing business to compete with Amazon and Microsoft . Those hefty investments are finally turning a profit. Alphabet said Tuesday that Google’s cloud business is profitable for the first time in the three years it’s been reporting operating metrics for the division. The segment generated $191 million in operating income on $7.45 billion in revenue in the first quarter, according...

A new study conducted by Brigham Young University’s Wheatley Institute has found that individuals who saved sex for marriage have significantly higher levels of marital satisfaction than those who had multiple sexual partners before marriage, confirming what numerous previous studies also found.“Our study confirms what other national studies have been finding the last few years, that sexually inexperienced dating couples are two to three times more likely to be in a highly stable marriage,” said Brian J. Willoughby, a Wheatley Institute fellow and co-author of the report. As Willoughby observed in an Institute for Family Studies article laying out the report’s...

San Francisco's ex-fire commissioner has said the city is 'burning' after the District Attorney dropped charges against a vagrant who repeatedly bashed him in the head with a metal crowbar. Don Carmignani, 53, was left fighting for his life after being brutally attacked on April 12, when he sprayed pepper spray at the homeless man outside his mother's home in the Marina District. He suffered a fractured skull and jaw in the attack, and required 51 stitches after Garrett Doty, 24, allegedly beat him over the head with a crowbar. Carmignani - who served as a fire commissioner in 2013...
