A new music video for a Chinese historical drama, "Love Like the Galaxy." One of the best dramas I've seen this year. Nothing quite like country and western for a good historical.

“Jesus said to him, ‘Go; your son lives.’ The man believed the word that Jesus spoke to him and started off. As he was now going down, his slaves met him, saying that his son was living. So he inquired of them the hour when he began to get better. Then they said to him, ‘Yesterday at the seventh hour the fever left him.’ So the father knew that it was at that hour in which Jesus said to him, ‘Your son lives’; and he himself believed and his whole household. This is again a second sign that Jesus performed...

This week I wrote a column on a notable shift by political and media figures on the Hunter Biden scandal toward a last line of defense: the addiction defense. This shift is most obvious with President Joe Biden who spent years insisting that his son “did nothing wrong,” even bizarrely claiming that “no one has suggested that my son did anything wrong.” That defense was picked up by the White House. Then it changed as prosecutors reportedly moved closer to criminal charges and the President no longer denied that his son did anything wrong but rather that he was an...

“It’s going to bring a billion, a trillion, 750 million dollars, billion dollars, off the sidelines” In a car crash interview with CNN’s Jake Tapper Tuesday, Biden stammered and stuttered, often speaking absolute gibberish, and dropped the cheat cards his handlers had given him while declaring that there is no recession in the U.S. It all started to go wrong for Biden after Tapper had asked about Hunter Biden facing criminal prosecution. Then this happened: VIDEO AT LINK................ How can Biden read those cards when he can’t even hold them? And he keeps calling it ‘the Inflation Act’. Biden then...

At the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), the Journal found that 'more than 200 senior officials… or nearly one in three, reported that they or their family members held investments in companies that were lobbying the agency. Some Americans still believe the federal government is working in the public’s best interest. If anything can disabuse these naive holdouts of this notion, it will be the bombshell Wall Street Journal investigation that just dropped—revealing runaway corruption among the federal bureaucracy. The Journal reviewed more than 31,000 financial disclosure forms and analyzed more than 850,000 financial assets and 315,000 trades to shed light...

A Minnesota man pleaded guilty Tuesday to filing fraudulent insurance claims for a staged arson he attempted to portray as a politically-motivated attack. Federal officials said Denis Molla, 30, of Brooklyn Center, falsely reported to law enforcement in September 2020 that someone had lit his camper on fire and that three unknown males were near his home when he heard an explosion. Molla told officials his garage door was vandalized with a spray-painted Antifa symbol and words stating "Biden 2020" and "BLM." He claimed his camper was targeted because it had a Trump 2020 flag displayed on it. Police discovered...

In 2021, the duplicitous FBI offered Christopher Steele $1 million to verify the unfounded claims made against Donald J. Trump in the crazy “Pee-Pee” dossier. This is understandable because the dossier was so absurd that someone needed to be paid off with a lot of money to verify it was true while maintaining a straight face. Also, that is a problem because the FBI had already sworn the crazy dossier was true in 2016. The job of the agency is supposed to be to validate what they swore to as true. This story is proof that the whole Russia hoax...

Germany has spent two decades gradually phasing out nuclear power plants Climate activist Greta Thunberg argued against taking Germany's remaining nuclear power plants offline, an apparent reversal on an energy source she has previously said she is against. "I personally think it's a very bad idea to focus on coal when [nuclear power] is already in place," Thunberg told German public television Tuesday, according to a Deutsche Welle report. The comments come as Germany and other European countries grapple with an energy crisis amid Russia's ongoing war in Ukraine, with most of the continent cut off from Russian natural gas...

Former President Donald Trump took a public shot at Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell, R-Ky. on Monday, criticizing the Kentucky Republican for bolstering the reelection campaign of Sen. Lisa Murkowski, R-Alaska, by reportedly diverting funds away from Arizona Senate candidate Blake Masters.“The Old Broken Crow, Mitchell McConnell, is authorizing $9 Million Dollars to be spent in order to beat a great Republican, Kelly [Tshibaka], instead of $9 Million Dollars that could be used for Blake Masters, and other Republicans, that with this money would beat their Democrat opponent," wrote Trump in a statement, posted on Truth Social. In a nutshell, Trump...

Ukraine’s army boasted of territorial gains near the strategically vital southern city of Kherson on Wednesday as Nato allies delivered new air defence systems in the wake of Russia’s recent missile attacks across the country. After 48 hours of Ukrainian cities coming under heavy fire, the government in Kyiv could celebrate positive news from both the frontlines and its diplomatic efforts to secure ground-to-air systems. Five settlements in the Beryslav district in the north-east of the Kherson region – Novovasylivka, Novogrygorivka, Nova Kamyanka, Tryfonivka, Chervone – were said to have been taken from Russian forces over the day.(snip) Meanwhile, Ukraine’s...

We really didn't know how good we had it. The covid-19 pandemic upended many of the societal norms we took for granted as a combination of forced social distancing, the emergence of mask cultural and routine societal decay dissolved many of the social contracts people held amongst each other. One of the biggest social casualties from the pandemic is the attitude about theft, especially from large consumer goods retailers. Earlier this year, CVS told Axios that the company experienced a 300% increase in retail theft at its stores since the pandemic started. The increase has been attributed to a rise...

Stainless steel pans are the workhorse cookware in most restaurants. But yours are probably just sitting there, neglected after your last attempt to fry a chicken breast somehow glued the poultry to the metal, resulting in a mangled meal and a burnt-on ring of carbonized protein firmly stuck to the bottom of the pan. “There’s got to be a better way!” you exclaim, as if on your own real-life infomercial. And I assure you there is: using science and proper heat management, you can exploit the Leidenfrost effect to give your stainless steel cookware non-stick superpowers. We don’t want to...

Mislav Kolakusic of the European Parliament said: “the purchase of 4.5 billion doses of the Covid-19 vaccine for 450 million EU residents is the biggest corruption scandal in the history of mankind.” In the video, Kolakusic said: Mrs von der Leyen, President of the European Commission, known as Mrs 4.5 billion doses. “Today, 10 of us MEPs asked her the following question: Why will she present to us, the members of the European Parliament, as well as the EU citizens whom she supposedly represents, the communication she had with Pfizer during the procurement of 4.5 billion doses of vaccines at...

The Bennard family from Shelby County, Tennessee, suffered a devastating blow Oct. 6 when their two dogs fatally attacked the family’s 2-year-old and 5-month-old. The dogs, two pit bulls named Cheech and Mia, turned on Hollace Dean, 5 months old, and Lilly Jane, 2, for no discernable reason. Mom Kirstie Jane Bennard, 30, gave her all to protect her children, using herself as a shield to try to protect Lilly Jane and receiving countless lacerations in the process, according to USA Today. Despite her sacrifice and efforts during the horrific 10-minute onslaught, the Bennards lost both their precious babies and...

Russia is a dangerous place to take a fall. Every year, Russian citizens are killed by accidental falls, either out of windows or down staircases. I do not want to tell Vladimir Putin how to run his country, but really: He should set up some version of OSHA to make windows and stairs safer for Russian VIPs. Russia is such an perilous place that it’s worth considering what might happen if Putin himself were to slip and fall out of a window.
