Russia is preparing to evacuate senior officers in the Federal Security Service (FSB) and their families from occupied areas of Ukraine, Kyiv on Wednesday claimed.
According to the National Resistance Center (NRC), which is a civilian resistance office launched by the Ukrainian government following Russia’s invasion, senior Russian officers in the FSB have been "informed about the evacuation routes."
The NRC said officials in all five occupied regions – Donetsk, Luhansk, Zaporizhzhia, Kherson and Crimea – have been notified of evacuation plans.

Russia fired a bunch of missiles yesterday in a failed attempt to decapitate the Ukrainian leadership. Failed because they don’t have the intelligence capability or the ability to target precisely.
Thanks to our help the Ukrainians know at any moment where the Russian leadership is located. I expect they are getting out of there knowing that if they don’t a Himars will come through their window in a few days.
making it a free fire zone...
That might be the case. However, it might just be a normal periodic updating of their security plans. And if they did not have such plans in place, the government may have been told to get their act together on an updated plan.
This does not compute.
Invading sovereign nations is an accompanied tour in the FSB?
Here is another important statement from the link; “Western defense officials also said last month that it appeared Moscow had removed its Black Sea fleet from Sevastopol in Crimea to Novorossiysk in southern Russia due to security concerns.” Specifically they are removing FSB families. These Putin favorites apparently picked up a lot of choice beach property in Crimea.
I hope this does not mean they are clearing the field so they can use tactical nukes with minimum damage to their own.

Yikes, let’s hope not
Kerch Bridge means the writing is on the wall, and they know it.
They will leave the rank and file mobniks to die, to cover their retreat.
“I hope this does not mean they are clearing the field so they can use tactical nukes with minimum damage to their own.”
That was my first thought as well.
Mine too
Before he nukes them.
Getting ready to use nukes. Ugh!!
Lol -— Putin in not going to nuke these regions he just held fake elections in, then declared they are Russian territory.
“top security officers” = KGB stooges who were running the terrorist insurgency operation.
“Invading sovereign nations is an accompanied tour in the FSB?”
What you’re missing is that Russian intelligence officers have been directing a terrorist insurgency in eastern Ukraine for many years now. That’s a full time post for them.
—”They will leave the rank and file mobniks to die, to cover their retreat.”
That may not work out very well.
Most conscripts come from the Russian hinterlands and are NOT pur sang Russians. Part of Putin’s plan includes some ethnic cleansing... Draft dodgers are running, good! no need to waste a bullet.
Near the end @ 18 min, a wounded “Russian” was captured by the UA. A Russian conscript born in Ukraine, seldom fed and not paid in five months!
Worth the time to watch the entire video.

Nuke use in Crimea is even worse for Russia as the prevailing winds would take any fallout over Russia directly, and Volgograd specifically.
Because NATO is recruiting ISIS and al-Qaeda terrorists Ukraine to fight Russians in Ukraine...what a brilliant plan.
