Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison claims Florida’s new law preventing teacher discussions of gender ideology and sexuality with young children is “extreme” and “discriminatory” toward “LGBTQ+ students.” A Thursday press release from the attorney general’s office reported that Ellison and 16 other attorneys general around the United States have filed a joint amicus brief challenging Florida’s Parental Rights in Education law, which has been derogatorily labeled the “Don’t Say Gay” law. The amicus brief supports the plaintiffs in a lawsuit against the Florida State Board of Education that claims the Parental Rights in Education law is “harmful” and “unconstitutional.” Florida’s...

Sen. Lisa Murkowski (R-AK) appeared to run away from a reporter’s question about her staff members’ involvement in changing state election law, as seen in a video released by Project Veritas. Project Veritas press secretary R.C. Maxwell questioned Murkowski outside of an Americans for Prosperity event after Project Veritas reportedly revealed that several of Murkowski’s former staffers pushed for Alaska’s Ballot Measure 2 to secure Murkowski’s reelection. In 2020, Alaska voters approved Ballot Measure 2 by a margin of roughly 4,000 votes. That ballot measure ended the two-party primary system for Alaskan elections. Now, Alaska will hold ranked choice voting,...

Multiple corporate media broadcasters advanced an identical narrative following the FBI raid on former President Donald Trump’s home at Mar-a-Lago, attempting to use guilt by association to tarnish criticism of the raid as conspiracy theorists calling for violence. Numerous media outlets, many of which were ABC affiliates, repeated a similar talking point following the raid, saying, “sources say there’s been a strong reaction to the raid on extremist and Q-Anon-related forums.” The outlets claimed that most of these “forums” were active before the January 6 Capitol riot and alleged there were calls for “violence” and “civil war” on them after...

Circumplanetary Disk Star AS 209 Scientists studying the young star AS 209 have detected gas in a circumplanetary disk for the first time, which suggests the star system may be harboring a very young Jupiter-mass planet. Science images from the research show (right) blob-like emissions of light coming from otherwise empty gaps in the highly-structured, seven-ring disk (left). Credit: ALMA (ESO/NAOJ/NRAO), J. Bae (University of Florida) ALMA Makes First-Ever Detection of Gas in a Circumplanetary Disk Astronomers using the Atacama Large Millimeter/submillimeter Array (ALMA) to study planet formation have made the first-ever detection of gas in a circumplanetary disk. Multiple myeloma is a kind of cancer that develops in a type of white blood cell known as a plasma cell. Stanford cancer team uses the custom molecule sBCMA-Fc V3 to inhibit the development of diffuse large B cell lymphoma and multiple myeloma in mice. Researchers at Stanford University have created “decoy receptor” molecules that prevent the development of diffuse large B cell lymphoma (DLBCL) and multiple myeloma (MM) in mice. The molecules, which were recently described in a study published in the Journal of Experimental Medicine (JEM), were also found to be nontoxic in monkeys, indicating they could be...

A Florida man, completely naked and armed with a machete, ended up lying on his stomach and arrested after trying to steal another man's clothes Monday. Brandon Wright, 34, was allegedly picking palmetto berries in the woods in the town of DeLand, officials in Volusia County say. Wright suddenly wielded a large, machete-style knife and demanded that a nearby surveyor give him his clothes, wallet and phone, according to QFox13. The surveyor started to comply until Wright threw the machete and some of the berries he'd collected at him. Luckily, the sword hit the surveyor by the handle and bounced...

Yuval Noah Harari, historian, futurist, and World Economic Forum (WEF) adviser, said, “We just don’t need the vast majority of the population” in the early 21st century given modern technologies’ rendering human labor economically and militarily “redundant.” Harari’s remarks were made in an interview with Chris Anderson, the head of TED, published on Tuesday. He assessed widespread contemporary disillusionment among “common people” as being rooted in a fear of being “left behind” in a future run by “smart people.” Such fears are justified, he added, given his projection that emerging technologies will displace economic needs to many categories of existing...

This week the Democratic campaign strategy for ’22 and ’24 became painfully apparent. They’ve tried everything they can to defeat Donald Trump. They framed him in the phony Russian collusion scandal. They impeached him twice. They manipulated the 2020 election, and they tried to persuade America that he was an insurrectionist trying to topple the government. All of that failed. Trump’s incredible wins in primary after primary show that his base has not abandoned him and that he has the solid support of the Republican Party. It is clear as I point out in my book, The Return, that he...

TULSA, Okla. (KTUL) — Lori Brown-Loftis and her husband were excited to expand their family in Oklahoma City. They had told their daughter she was going to be a big sister, started getting the nursery ready, and announced the news on social media. Their excitement was shattered following a 20-week anatomy scan in January 2022, which revealed a rare genetic disorder that was "not compatible with life." Loftis-Brown was faced with two decisions: To choose to have a stillborn baby or to have an abortion. "To have to have carried that pregnancy to term would have been devastating," she said....

An inscription bearing the name of the ancient city was found at the excavation site in Gordion, the capital of the Phrygians. In 1900, a 3-month excavation was carried out in the ancient city, which was discovered by the brothers Alfred and Gustav Körte during the construction of the Berlin-Istanbul-Baghdad railway line in the Polatlı district of Ankara.Although the Körte brothers determined that the capital of the ancient city of Phrygian was Gordion, no information confirming this could be found so far.The excavations, which were restarted in 1950 after a long break, are now being carried out by the team led...

Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) made a fool of himself Tuesday evening by finally releasing a limp and late statement about Monday’s outrageous FBI raid on former President Trump’s private residence.Although the raid on Mar-a-Lago occurred Monday, McConnell said nothing all day Tuesday. In fact, when asked to comment on it Tuesday, he refused. Then, at long last, Tuesday night, the Senate Republican leader — no doubt under pressure — found the time in his schedule to comment on an event that will almost certainly be remembered as one of the most corrupt acts of law enforcement in this country’s...

Bruce Reinhart, the magistrate judge who signed off on the FBI’s raid on Donald Trump’s Florida home at Mar-a-Lago, has a history of endorsing woke and anti-Trump viewpoints on his Facebook page, according to reports.Images that appear to be of Reinhart’s Facebook page seen by Breitbart News show Reinhart praising leftist Robert Reich for his criticism of Donald Trump, accusing the former President of lacking “moral stature,” and sharing a woke video about “white privilege.”In a Facebook post dated 14 January 2017, Reinhart attacked President Trump for his comments about former congressman and woke hero John Lewis.I generally ignore the...

by Joshua Ford | 24NewsThey say there’s nothing to fear about plans to add 87,000 IRS agents. They say they are not militarizing the Internal Revenue Service. But a recent job posting by the Biden-Harris regime should cause massive concern to those of us who know the IRS is coming after law-abiding middle-class Americans. The job posting for “IRS Criminal Investigation Special Agent” represents exactly what we’ve feared from this increasingly tyrannical federal government. As Andy Ngo reported: Some may say that this role is a limited one and would not represent many IRS agents. Currently, the IRS-CID is comprised of...

The Inflation Reduction Act is rampaging through Congress right now and is expected to become the law of the land. But what is in the bill? We went through the text line by line so that you, and members of Congress, don't have to! Here are the most interesting projects funded by the bill: $10,000 for a money gun Joe Manchin can fire into the crowd at WV football games: Kyrsten Sinema only gets a t-shirt cannon. Sad. $1 billion to mail every American their own copy of "Morbius": It would bring America together. $45 billion for the establishment of...

I read someone in Ohio took some potshots at an FBI building. I get it, some people will be provoked to strike out at the New American Stasi. https://www.washingtonexaminer.com/news/justice/fbi-building-break-in-cincinnati-ohio-trump-raid But this is also a propaganda war. Acts like this dilute the incredible backlash the FBI has received, for having committed such a Third World Banana Republic tactic as going after a former president in the way they have. A sizeable quantity of Liberals, and MANY Independents, have been repulsed by the actions of the FBI-NKVD. There is nearly a universal revulsion at their actions, save a few hardcore leftists. So,...
