Sen. Lisa Murkowski (R-AK) appeared to run away from a reporter’s question about her staff members’ involvement in changing state election law, as seen in a video released by Project Veritas.
Project Veritas press secretary R.C. Maxwell questioned Murkowski outside of an Americans for Prosperity event after Project Veritas reportedly revealed that several of Murkowski’s former staffers pushed for Alaska’s Ballot Measure 2 to secure Murkowski’s reelection.
In 2020, Alaska voters approved Ballot Measure 2 by a margin of roughly 4,000 votes. That ballot measure ended the two-party primary system for Alaskan elections. Now, Alaska will hold ranked choice voting, where the top four vote-getters advance to the general election, regardless of party affiliation.
Alaska’s upcoming primary on August 16 will be the first election held under the new ranked choice voting scheme.

I'd love for Murkowski to come in third or even fourth.
We'll see. It will be a gauge of her REAL support within the state.
Then in November, the people of Alaska will rank the candidates until one gets over 50%.
One needs to remember why she’s even there. She was beat by Miller.
And then, through the miracles of ‘wrote in ballots’, some completely illegible, she pulled out the win and nothing was challenged. All good. No worries.
The fraud is in place. Only changes when people have had enough. When that happens, no one knows.

I hope Alaskan’s only check for Kelly T for the Senate and none of this 2nd, 3rd etc crap. Ditto that for Sarah Palin. Screw with THEIR system, the nation needs Murkowski gone...

That will be in November. Tuesday you can only vote for one candidate, to winnow down the field to four.
Alaska will be up to it’s eyeballs in Insane Greens and you know what that means , no oil
Like we said when this was passed, the RCV was the “Murkowski Protection Act.”
She could win despite getting very little support as a first choice.
Democrats can’t win, and Murky is definitely a democrat posing as a republican, unless they cheat unless they live in an insane asylum such as SanFran, NYC, or Chicago.
