Four have been charged with underage drinking after Pennsylvania State Police pulled over an Amish horse and buggy in Crawford County earlier this month, according to troopers. It happened June 17 just after 7 p.m. in the 24400 block of Britton Run Rd. in Sparta Township. Troopers said they saw the four riding unsafely in the horse and buggy, pulled it over and discovered they had been drinking alcohol.
