Last night, the Arizona Citizens Clean Elections Commission hosted a debate between two Arizona legislative candidates, Anna Orth and Sherrylyn Young. The moderator touched on a range of topics, and toward the end, he took questions from viewers. The conversation turned to abortion. A fairly new drug is finding its way into the U.S., and law enforcement personnel say it’s 20 times more potent than fentanyl. It’s called ISO, which is short for isotonitazene. Part of the proposed state budget in Florida has officially been vetoed by Governor Ron DeSantis (R-FL) this week. While many were disappointed, the proposal did not go without its critics, the most notable being State Rep. Anthony Sabatini (R-32) celebrated DeSantis' veto. CENTERVILLE, Texas -- The manhunt for escaped inmate Gonzalo Lopez is over after investigators tracked him down Thursday in Atascosa County, more than 250 miles away from where the criminal initially escaped from a prison bus back on May 12. Investigators said they believe Lopez killed a Houston family, one adult and four kids. The family's bodies were found Thursday inside of a getaway home in Leon County, which is the area where the inmate escaped more than three weeks ago. Leon County is roughly 116 miles north of Houston.
