Senate Judiciary Committee Chair Dick Durbin (D-IL) accused Republicans Wednesday of attacking Supreme Court nominee Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson because of a “stereotype” against a “Harvard grad, black woman” during her confirmation hearing. Durbin opened the third day of hearings by using his opening statement to attack Republicans for their questions the day before, implying that they were motivated by racist and sexist prejudice against the nominee.

Former President Trump has pulled his endorsement of Rep. Mo Brooks in this year's Alabama Senate primary, slamming the Republican as "woke" and disloyal to him for doubting his claims about the 2020 presidential election. "When I endorsed Mo Brooks, he took a 44-point lead and was unstoppable. He then hired a new campaign staff who 'brilliantly' convinced him to 'stop talking about the 2020 Election,'" Trump said in a statement issued on Wednesday morning."Very sad but, since he decided to go in another direction, so have I, and I am hereby withdrawing my Endorsement of Mo Brooks for the...

Eilat Lash: Listen, this is a post you must flip through on every possible media. Share in any way. It must shock the whole country to the skies. Pay attention: As he is naked, while it's cold and rainy outside, 36-year-old I. Jose was left outside the residence as punishment. For two hours he begged to enter. In vain. The judge also considered (!!) and ruled that he would only start them in July because he is a student (!!)...

A 73-year-old grandmother was killed during a brutal carjacking Monday in New Orleans, with a group of teenage attackers dragging her down the street for nearly a block while the woman screamed at them to let her go. Witnesses also described the gruesome scene after both her arm and her clothes were ripped off during the incident when they got stuck in the car's seat belt. Linda Frickey, 73, was dragged down North Scott Street in New Orleans after four teenage carjackers stole her car and trapped the grandmother outside her vehicle with her arm stuck in the seatbelt around...

The long wait for one of McDonald’s most sought-after condiments is almost over. The fast-food behemoth confirmed Monday that its viral Szechuan dipping sauce will be available exclusively through the chain’s app for a few days beginning March 31. The wildly popular sauce, which debuted in 1998 as part of a McDonald’s promotion for Disney’s “Mulan,” is described as a “savory and slightly sweet taste profile with hints of soy, garlic, ginger and mild vinegar,” “It’s only returned three other times in the past 24 years, and we’re excited for fans to get another taste of the elusive favorite for...

On this day 50 years ago, Congress approved the Equal Rights Amendment (ERA). Within one year, 30 states had ratified it, fueling hopes that the ERA would soon become the 28th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution. But a half-century later, the ERA is mired in legal uncertainty. The Supreme Court of the United States could ultimately strike it down as unconstitutional. The ERA is short but important. It declares that "equality of rights under law shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or by any State on account of sex." The ERA would give Congress the power...

Well, it finally happened.I figured it was inevitable that Twitter would find a reason to suspend me from their platform permanently, and now they finally have. What happened? Well, I was replying to a tweet by a social worker who made a rather ridiculous assumption regarding the Lia Thomas issue.“No matter your opinion on Lia Thomas, I urge you to discuss the topic as if a transgender person were in the room,” he said. “Because one probably is.”“We can agree or disagree with the NCAA without insulting our transgender friends, classmates, and neighbors.”

German MPs are debating the introduction of a law that would make vaccination against COVID-19 mandatory for all German citizens over 18. Most of those in favor blamed the unvaccinated for ongoing COVID cases and restrictions. The German federal parliament held the crucial debate Thursday, but no decision has been made on the issue.MPs were divided about whether to impose mandatory vaccination on all adults from age 18, on adults over 50 only, or not at all.Among those in favor of a universal mandatory vaccination policy for all adults over 18, similar to the one introduced in Austria earlier this year...

There are a whole lot of people in the West who are having their conceptual view of the world turned upside down. Westerners, and especially Americans, are used to the post-World War II globohomo order in which the Global American Empire (GAE) uses its power, both soft and hard, to enforce onto the rest of the world a set of progressive, left-wing social patterns coupled with exploitative economic patterns designed to benefit a tiny globalist transnational elite. Modern Americans are used to thinking of themselves as “heroes” who step in to save the day all around the world wherever there...

Republican Senator Marsha Blackburn asked Supreme Court nominee Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson to define what a woman is during testimony late Tuesday night in front of the Senate Judiciary Committee. Jackson said that because she isn't a biologist, she could not give a definition. If confirmed, Jackson would be the first black female justice on the Supreme Court. The White House has repeatedly touted her nomination as historic precisely because she is a woman.

Vice President Kamala Harris will announce an action plan to stop racial discrimination in the appraisal of home values, according to senior Biden administration officials. The plan contains 21 steps to improve oversight and accountability, including a legislative proposal to modernize the governance structure of the appraisal industry. Appraisers help to determine the value of a home so that buyers can receive a mortgage. Multiple reports, including a September analysis by mortgage buyer Freddie Mac, show that appraisers are more likely to undervalue homes in Black and Hispanic neighborhoods. This form of discrimination widens the racial wealth gap and makes...

The Washington Free Beacon has compiled videos with “All The Must-See Moments from Ketanji Brown Jackson’s Confirmation Hearings.” The compilation misses a few moments of interest, but it is far less painful than taking in the whole thing (C-SPAN has posted yesterday’s hearing in its entirety here on YouTube). However, that isn’t saying much. Judge Jackson is easy to read. Her tone of voice in response to unfriendly questions is insufferable. She talks down to the unenlightened. She looks down on conservatives. She buys every chapter and verse of the rapidly evolving progressive dogma. The rapidly evolving progressive dogma is...

Last week, Russian finance minister Anton Siluanov confirmed that about $300 billion of Russia's gold and foreign exchange reserve cushion had been frozen as a result of Western sanctions. On Wednesday, Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov called the move "theft." The collective West's decision to freeze Russian reserves abroad constitutes the bankruptcy of their obligations before Russia, and undermines faith in their currencies, President Vladimir Putin has said. "In the past weeks, a number of Western countries have taken illegitimate measures on the so-called 'freezing' of Russian assets. The collective West has factually drawn a line under the reliability of its...

Sheriff deputy's trouble started when his ex-girlfriend told all to Internal Affairs. (WPEC) WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. (CBS12) — An extremely bad breakup led to a Palm Beach County sheriff's deputy getting into deep trouble. His ex-girlfriend gave a laundry list of allegations to the sheriff's office, which found he violated policy after policy. The Internal Affairs investigation report said, “It was alleged Deputy Sheriff Joshua Brack engaged in misconduct and/or committed various crimes while on and off duty. It was also alleged Deputy Sheriff Brack disseminated agency information by sending a crime scene video to an unauthorized individual, sent...

As Tuesday's Supreme Court confirmation hearing dragged into the evening hours, Senator John Kennedy (R-LA) raised a simple question about when constitutional protections for life — or even just life itself — begins. "When does life begin, in your opinion," Senator Kennedy asked Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson for starters. "Senator... um... I don't... know," Judge Jackson replied, followed by an uneasy, awkward laugh. "Do you have a belief?" Kennedy pressed. "I have, um, personal religious and otherwise beliefs that have nothing to do with the law in terms of when life begins," Jackson responded. "Do you have a personal belief...

Just in time for Women’s History Month, USA Today insanely names a biological male as one of its “women” of the year. While transgender “women” are destroying girls’ and women’s sports, USA Today columnist hailed Assistant Health Secretary Richard/Rachel Levine as “...a ground-breaking leader who credits family support for helping her succeed. Admiral Levine wants her work to be a shining example for all.” A shining example? That is a very frightening thought! Conservative political commentator Candace Owen said: We have women that train all the way from the time that they’re kids up through college to try to compete...

New Zealand’s government announced Wednesday it is set to shelve most of its remaining coronavirus restrictions on the 4th of April as omicron begins to fizzle out.
