Republican Senator Marsha Blackburn asked Supreme Court nominee Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson to define what a woman is during testimony late Tuesday night in front of the Senate Judiciary Committee.
Jackson said that because she isn't a biologist, she could not give a definition. If confirmed, Jackson would be the first black female justice on the Supreme Court. The White House has repeatedly touted her nomination as historic precisely because she is a woman.

Here’s the question she should be asked ( but won’t): There are Laws against discrimination based on Race or Gender. She was nominated based on Race and Gender. So, does her nomination violate the Law?
Who was it in the White House who thought a child-porn defending judge was a good choice?

Have you heard of chromosome tests?
If a man cuts off his penis does that make him a woman?
Can a white male identify as a black female?

That non-answer alone should disqualify her. Not because it’s flat-out cowardly and evasive. But because she’s simply not woke enough to know that not even a biologist is allowed to call a woman a woman.
Biden wanted a black woman. Biden should define Woman.
Wouldn’t it be funny if President Trump nominated a half-black half-White trans woman? - a man who claims to be a woman with a black father and a White mother.
That would absolutely prove that all this crap over race and chosen gender is insanity and must stop.
To those who claim they can’t define the word “woman” there are two questions that should burn out whatever logic circuits they may have left:
1 - If there is no definition of “woman”, how do you know when a male to female “transition” has been accomplished?
2 - If you can’t define women, how can you make the claim “’ trans’ women are real women”?
