Senate Judiciary Committee Chair Dick Durbin (D-IL) accused Republicans Wednesday of attacking Supreme Court nominee Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson because of a “stereotype” against a “Harvard grad, black woman” during her confirmation hearing.
Durbin opened the third day of hearings by using his opening statement to attack Republicans for their questions the day before, implying that they were motivated by racist and sexist prejudice against the nominee.

OR what sexual predation is & WHY it needs to be severely punished or destroyed.
How can you be accused of being biased against women when the very individual who was nominated for the office can’t or won’t respond intelligibly when asked to define the word “woman”?
How does he know Jackson is a black woman? Is he a biologist?

Excise Chicago and Cook County from the state and neither Durbin nor Duckworth would be elected to anything.
Illinois has its problems, and ALL of them can be laid at the feet of Chicago and Cook County, as they dominate state politics. The Chicago machine is probably the most corrupt political force in the country.
How does Durbin know she is a woman? He’s not a biologist.
