Does anybody recall the controversy that arose in regards to the 2003 nomination of Janice Rogers Brown? Senator Joe Biden appeared on Face the Nation, and said he would probably endorse a filibuster to prevent Brown from becoming a Supreme Court justice.
So Joe displayed his extreme prejudice long ago in regards to someone being black and female, and tries to atone for it by nominating someone on the basis of black and female alone today?
Will the real Joe Biden please stand up?
