Dr. Anthony Fauci, the Director of the National Institute of Allergy, and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), has been a constant fixture in the media since the outbreak of COVID-19 in late 2019. Despite the relaxation of mandates and the falling virus death rates in the United States, Fauci continues to generate media attention. He loves the media, and they love his “doom and gloom” message. In recent weeks, Fauci has been advocating for all Americans to vaccinate, including young people, and warning about the dangers of new variants. This week, he appeared on a video for President Joe Biden. He called...

The National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) released a report from a task force that claims "structural racism" impacts the agency. "Structural racism—the overarching system of racial bias across institutions and society—unequivocally impacts how NARA staff interact with records, colleagues, and customers," the report declares. "Discoverability refers to the degree to which records are findable in the Catalog. NARA's records related to BIPOCs [black, indigenous and people of color] are more difficult to find because they are under-described, while our website and Catalog over-describe the records and achievements of White men by using more extensive, superlative, and subjective language," the...

Former President Donald Trump blasted his former Attorney General Bill Barr as a “disappointment in every sense of the word,” in a statement issued late Sunday evening. “RINO former Attorney General Bill Barr failed to investigate election fraud, and really let down the American people. Even the scam that took place in Georgia of ballot stuffing on camera, he couldn’t see what was wrong with it. Just like he failed to understand the Horowitz report and let everyone down with respect to getting a timely investigation (where’s Durham?) on all of the corruption of the Obama-Biden Administration,” Trump wrote. “It’s...

...You’re probably thinking at this juncture that the point of this column is to make fun of red states. No. The point of this column is to denounce them. Their willful anti-science ignorance is going to prolong this pandemic by months (at least) and lead to thousands of needless deaths...Almost worse, though, is how this anti-science fanaticism is perverting the meaning of the concept of freedom. This is dangerous for democracy in ways most people aren’t even thinking about right now.... Incredibly, the right has now established the “principle” that people can engage in potentially harmful action without any expectation...

Biden’s Department of Justice has decided to make a frontal assault on election integrity by suing the state of Georgia over its moderate and common-sense voter integrity law. This makes one thing abundantly clear: the left is terrified. The left knows they cannot win elections fair and square. Instead, they must double-down on their successful effort in 2020 to evade or repeal laws and provisions made to ensure election integrity. Georgia’s Election Integrity Act of 2021 threatens the left’s ability to benefit from voter fraud and irregularities. Consequently, they began to lie about the law, claiming that it would restrict...

Attorney General Keith Ellison, whose office led the prosecution, published a call to action in the Washington Post, thanking activists for putting "pressure" on the system. . Former Minneapolis police officer Derek Chauvin was sentenced to 22½ years in prison Friday for the murder of George Floyd, an outcome that wouldn’t have been possible without sustained mob pressure, various activists and attorneys admitted. Floyd’s May 25, 2020 death kicked off the worst period of destruction in Minnesota history and gave new life to the Black Lives Matter cause in the Twin Cities. Since Floyd’s death, riots have become a regular...

It has become an all too familiar theme in Republican politics in the Post-Trump era: local and state GOP leaders and office holders talk a good America-first conservative game to keep the voters happy on one hand, while kowtowing to extremist minorities in order to avoid being branded as racists or worse. We now have a leaked Franklin County Pennsylvania government email that serves as proof of this duplicity taking place in a deep red county.

Tony Kinnett was working toward his master’s degree in education at Ball State University when a fellow graduate student told him he should feel guilty for being white during class. Kinnett told the Washington Free Beacon his classmate was simply parroting what future teachers learn in graduate school. Critical race theory is “all they know, and all they’ve been taught,” said Kinnett, now the science coordinator for Indianapolis Public Schools. Once, in a course on education policy and pedagogy, Kinnett argued that teachers shouldn’t be afraid to fail students who don’t perform to standard. A peer chimed in and said...

Believe it or not, Deere & Company (NYSE:DE) currently employs more software engineers than mechanical engineers. How is this possible? The farming industry is experiencing significant disruption. Innovative technology is enabling what is called "precision agriculture" to come to fruition. Farmers are able to leverage technology to monitor their crops in ways that were once unfathomable. John Deere's next-generation machines use artificial intelligence (AI) to exponentially increase efficiencies, enabling farmers to reap increased crop yields with less work and lower costs.Deere does not manufacture electric vehicles like Tesla (NASDAQ:TSLA), but you may be surprised to hear it is working on...

Sajid Javid has said he wants to see a return to normal "as quickly as possible" after replacing Matt Hancock as health secretary. Speaking on Sunday, Mr Javid said he would do all he could to "deliver for the people of this great country". His appointment comes after Mr Hancock stood down on Saturday for breaching Covid rules by kissing a colleague. Mr Javid, who has had several key government roles, said his predecessor had worked "incredibly hard". His return to the cabinet comes 16 months after his shock resignation as chancellor. Mr Hancock announced his resignation after pressure had...

But as much as CNN likes to call out conservatives about fake news stories, CNN itself was labeled as fake news by President Donald Trump. He constantly condemned the ‘Fake news media, including CNN. Trump’s huge rally in Ohio, didn’t get an audience on the three major cable news networks. The reason: They didn’t carry it. C-SPAN carried the rally as part of its Road to 2024, as Trump is a potential candidate in the next election, and it also drew coverage on outlets like Newsmax and One America News Network. Fox News stayed with its Saturday night lineup of...

A Minneapolis-based restaurant is now charging customers a 15 percent "equity charge" on all guest checks. The reason for this new charge? Customers are too racist and too sexist to be trusted with tipping properly. The restaurant, Broders' Pasta Bar, published an entire page on their website explaining the new policy titled "WHAT IS THE BENEFITS & EQUITY CHARGE?" "2020 was a time of introspection for us as it was for so many of our neighbors. In response to the racial injustice protests throughout our community and the (many) closures we experienced because of COVID, we spent some time reimagining...

On November 19, 2019, Nathaniel Pinnock was shot and killed by officers of the Los Angeles Police Department. Pinnock, 22, had robbed an auto parts store in Hollywood while armed with a machete and was walking from the scene when officers arrived and confronted him. Despite the presence of several officers, Pinnock refused orders to stop and drop the machete. Instead he ran to the drive-through lane of a nearby Chick-fil-A restaurant where he carjacked a Lexus and sped off. He made it only as far as the adjacent street where, after colliding with police cars, he got out and...

Over six months in office and four waves of judicial nominees, President Joe Biden has yet to name a white male to the federal courts. Biden has named 24 nominees for the federal bench in the opening six months of his presidency, 19 of whom are minorities. He has also vowed to name the first black woman to the Supreme Court, and may have the opportunity to do so this summer. The selections are a plain signal that the administration’s judicial selection is driven by racial preference. The prioritization of minority nominees is unprecedented since the administration of former president...

With a mass murderer, Ebrahim Raisi, planted as the Iranian regime’s next president, the international community should both hear the regime’s message as well as send its own. Needless to say, the outcome of undemocratic elections is not inherently remarkable. Not to mention that the president is completely subservient to the Supreme Leader, who wields ultimate power in Iran. Nonetheless, the regime has sent several important messages. First, Raisi’s own background is instructive. He entered the judiciary at the age of 18 without even completing high school. He then moved up the ladder of the murderous dictatorship thanks to his...

“Then Daniel spoke to the king, ‘O king, live forever! My God sent His angel and shut the lions’ mouths, and they have not harmed me, inasmuch as I was found innocent before Him; and also toward you, O king, I have committed no crime.’ Then the king was very pleased and gave orders for Daniel to be taken up out of the den. So Daniel was taken up out of the den, and no injury whatever was found on him, because he had trusted in his God. The king then gave orders, and they brought those men who had...

“The ransomed of the Lord shall return, and come to Zion with singing, with everlasting joy on their heads. They shall obtain joy and gladness, and sorrow and sighing shall flee away” (Isaiah 35:11). In this passage, Isaiah is telling us that in the midst of the dark times to come, some of God’s elect are going to awaken and lay hold of the Spirit of Christ. When they do so, the Holy Spirit will cause a spirit of joy and gladness to reside in them so deeply that no condition, circumstance or person will be able to steal their...

Pray For the Peace of Jerusalem Psalm 108Psalm 108[a] A song. A psalm of David. 1 My heart, O God, is steadfast; I will sing and make music with all my soul. 2 Awake, harp and lyre! I will awaken the dawn. 3 I will praise you, Lord, among the nations; I will sing of you among the peoples. 4 For great is your love, higher than the heavens; your faithfulness reaches to the skies. 5 Be exalted, O God, above the heavens; let your glory be over all the earth. 6 Save us and help us with your right...

I am a native Californian and have lived here since 1962. California has always had its fair share of problems, some episodic and others chronic. The one absolute constant problem is the water supply, which relies primarily on snowmelt from the Sierra mountains and is thus susceptible to drought years. Since California is the largest agricultural producer in the nation, water is critical for farmers, residential consumers, and wildlife. You wouldn’t know there’s a problem, though, if you peruse Governor Gavin Newsom’s website, or, for that matter, the official California website, CA.gov. Here is an excerpt from Newsom’s splash page:...
