Some zip codes, such as Chinatown, Beacon Hill and West Roxbury will have less exam school seats while other neighborhoods that are typically disadvantaged such as Dorchester and Mattapan, will get more. But the lawsuit says the zip code quota system is “wholly-irrational” and states that it serves to “disfavor Asian and White students by decreasing their numbers at the Boston Exam Schools while favoring Latino and African-American students by increasing their numbers.”

EUGENE, OR – Online chatter that has been ongoing on Twitter throughout February showcases that Antifa-inspired anarchist groups are planning demonstrations for March 6th in Eugene, Oregon – and possibly in other locations as well. A number of self-proclaimed anti-capitalist/anarchist groups are coordinating “a workshop in radical organization and action,” and “march” on March 6th that is purportedly going to amass at Monroe Park at 3:00 p.m. Then attendees will “bloc up and march,” at 6:30 p.m. that same evening.

Anew piece in the Wall Street Journal by CTUP’s Stephen Moore and Casey Mulligan reports that the “stimulus” bill will reduce employment by between 6 and 8 million jobs because it pays people not to work. The new bill will create one of the largest expansions in government welfare benefits since LBJ launched the failed War on Poverty (poverty won). The bill includes six months of weekly $400 bonus unemployment benefits on top of the normal weekly benefits, a $3,000 per-child tax credit, an expansion of food-stamp and rental-assistance benefits, $2,000 per person checks, and expanded health-care benefits. A family...

Joe Biden wants an investigation into sexual assault and harassment allegations levied against Andrew Cuomo, the president's spokesperson revealed Sunday, as a second woman came forward against the New York governor. 'There should be an independent review looking into these allegations,' White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki told CNN's 'State of the Union' on Sunday. 'And that's certainly something the president supports.' Psaki said the allegations 'are serious.'

The USSF board of directors scrapped the policy last year, but it still required the approval of the council. ESPN.com and France24 report the decision was approved by 71% of the council.

Radicals in Congress are frustrated and angry at President Joe Biden over the Senate parliamentarian’s decision to exclude the minimum wage increase from the $1.9 trillion COVID-19 relief bill passed by the House on Saturday. And the radicals believe it’s only going to get worse. Many of the bills being considered in the House now may never see the light of day in the Senate because of legislative rules that have developed over centuries and were designed to protect the rights of the minority. Democrats didn’t mind those rules when they were in the minority. But now that they could get...

Dinesh D'Souza, the Indian-American conservative political commentator, filmmaker, and survivor of the Obama virtual gulag whom President Trump later pardoned, has come up with a novel and seemingly workable solution to the problem of leftist bias in our nation's colleges and universities. He proposes a national online university utilizing a hundred or so of the country's finest educators. He states that this "Harvard-level education" could be had for around $5,000 a year while avoiding the requisite radicalization that occurs on a majority of campuses. D'Souza's outside-the-box thinking has provided a solution in keeping with the times. Thanks to the often...

Robert Unanue, the CEO of Goya Foods, spoke today at the CPAC Convention at the Hyatt Regency in Orlando. During his speech the Goya Foods CEO called out the fraud in the 2020 election and declared Trump president! Unanae told the cheering pro-Trump CPAC crowd that Donald Trump is not only his president still, but also the “legitimate” president of the United States. Via Raw Story: Robert Unanue: “My biggest honor today is going to be that, I think, we’re going to be on the same stage as, in my opinion, the real, the legitimate, and the still actual president...

A co-founder of Wikipedia is launching a competing website as a free-speech-friendly alternative to what he views as the increasingly monolithic left-wing bias of his former organization.Last May, Wikipedia co-founder Larry Sanger wrote an op-ed on his personal website titled "Wikipedia is Badly Biased" claiming that Wikipedia's neutrality policy — known as "NPOV," or neutral point of view — "is dead."Now, when schoolchildren visit the Wikipedia website to look up answers to questions about the meaning of socialism, "they're going to find an explanation that completely ignores any conservative, libertarian, or critical treatment of the subject," Sanger told "Just the...

....One of the questions Rasmussen has been asking for the last 61 weeks is whether the government is doing too little or too much to reduce illegal border crossings and visitor overstays. As Figure 1 indicates, responses to this question shifted almost immediately once Biden won. On November 3, 40 percent of the public thought we were not doing enough to control illegal immigration, but today 55 percent think so. Since neither the question’s wording nor the method used to collect the survey has changed, it seems fair to conclude that a much larger share of the public now thinks...

At the CPAC conference of conservative activists, quite a few stars of the GOP have come out to shine. Compared to the Democrats, conservatives have a surfeit. One stood out yesterday, Gov. Kristi Noem of South Dakota, under whose leadership, her state came out among the best on the COVID response. Looking like a million bucks, she spoke of freedom, constitutionality, liberty, state's rights, fiscal discipline, and cited the facts and figures of her gubernatorial record: But perhaps the second-best part was when she compared her record to that of the Democrats' fallen Lucifer, New York's Gov Andrew Cuomo, who...

....Maher then chimed in that he’d been hearing from parents – leftist parents – about the relentless anti-white activism the New York schools, both public and private, are pushing.....“As black bodies drop like flies around us by violent white hands.” There is racist problems in this country. But this is hyperbole, and this is making people crazy. It was with those words that the amazing thing happened: Maher’s audience applauded. Over the years, Maher’s audiences have always been trained seals, reliably clapping at every hard left, anti-George Bush, anti-Trump, pro-Obama statement the host utters. But this time, he said that...

Things are going to be awkward in the CNN lunch room! CNN anchor Dana Bash confused her colleague Chris Cuomo with his brother, New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo, on-air Sunday while discussing the latest sexual harassment allegations against the politician. The chief political correspondent made the gaffe in reporting that the governor allegedly asked his former aide, Charlotte Bennett, 25, inappropriate questions and made comments that she said left her feeling like he “wanted to sleep with me.” “The New York Times is reporting last night a second allegation of sexual harassment against New York Governor Chris Cuomo,” Bash said...

“And the Word became flesh, and dwelt among us, and we beheld His glory, glory as of the only begotten from the Father, full of grace and truth” (John 1:14). Christ displayed God’s glory on earth and will again when He comes back. After seeing His glory in Scripture, we should respond in worship and righteousness. From eternity past Christ had the glory of God. He “is the radiance of [God’s] glory and the exact representation of His nature” (Heb. 1:3), and He prayed, “And now, glorify Thou Me together with Thyself, Father, with the glory which I ever had...

Victims’ rights advocates launched an effort Saturday to recall Los Angeles District Attorney George Gascón, the George Soros-backed prosecutor whose radical policies have upended the criminal justice system in the county. Gascon, who was a “progressive” district attorney in San Francisco during a period in which the city saw rising concerns about drug abuse and petty crime, was the beneficiary of millions of dollars in spending by Soros, who has backed left-wing prosecutors across the nation in an attempt to impose radical criminal justice reforms. He took office in December vowing to end cash bail, prohibit the use of the...
