My father passed away Tuesday night at 88. He was a great dad, great grandfather, USAF veteran, old school peace officer, faithful servant of our Lord, and many, many other things. He kept his body as healthy as a horse jogging on his treadmill and lifting weights up until about two or three years ago when his mind started to falter.
