Utah is very close to passing HB60, a strong Constitutional Carry bill. HB60 passed the House, 54-19. It passed the Senate 22-6. In the Senate, the bill was amended to include the creation of an account to provide funds for suicide prevention. It's clear the impeachment managers, realizing they don't have the votes to convict because Trump's speech could not have incited a riot that was pre-planned, are now alleging, equally without evidence, that Trump was in on it all along. Wouldn't this require the House to re-impeach since incitement doesn't fit the newly uncovered evidence?

Only eight instances, however, truly violated the school’s bias and discrimination policies. According to data provided to the Lansing State Journal by Michigan State’s Office of Institutional Equity, affiliates reported 1,187 instances of race-based bias and discrimination between 2015 and September 2020.
