The Biden Administration is currently considering taking action against Florida by imposing travel restrictions on Floridians as President Joe Biden is clearly upset with how Governor Ron DeSantis is allowing his people to live their normal lives.
DeSantis recently made a statement where he stated that everyone should get back to work and live their normal lives while making “common sense” decisions relating to the COVID pandemic.

Illegal, not even states, counties or municipalities can block citizens legally I don’t think.
There were cases in Colorado where counties were blocking public roads due to the CCP virus from non-residents.

He’s inching closer by pushing for this thing we used to have called “freedom”.
Violates full faith and credit clause in addition to the general restriction on movement.

The only travel the Feds can probably restrict legally would be airline flights.

Red state governors are performing much better than blue states undermining the paranoid lockdown narrative. Fla, in particular, stands out. Cuomo has been competing with DeSantis and is losing badly.
Biden now has to resort to inventing new excuses for continuing the lockdown paranoia. There will never be an end to it if not confronted now.
The lockdown paranoia is getting worse and worse.
I think the feds (biden crime family and others) have discovered Americans are getting fed up with the bullsh*t. So their tactics include doubling down and making things tougher, which will result in more resistence resulting in doubling down etc. Later, rinse, repeat.

Since when do Democraps care about legalities?
They can put National Guard troops on the Florida/Georgia border blocking the interstate highways.
They could be there a couple of weeks until the court challenges work their way to the USSC.
Then considering how much leeway the court decides a President has during a state of emergency, it could go either way.
