The only travel the Feds can probably restrict legally would be airline flights. Since when do Democraps care about legalities?
They can put National Guard troops on the Florida/Georgia border blocking the interstate highways.
They could be there a couple of weeks until the court challenges work their way to the USSC.
Then considering how much leeway the court decides a President has during a state of emergency, it could go either way.

Imagine grampa and gramma driving from florida to anywhere else to see the grandkids being stopped at a state line with the “show me your papers” routine.
people will die over that one.

My wife, daughter and granddaughter are all driving from our farm in Florida to Pawleys Island, SC to attend a baby shower for my wife's niece.
She has driven this trip so many times, she would not get stopped....because she would take the back country roads to stay off the interstate.
Where there's a will, there's a way.
