<p>"There's some cross-information about what happened and where," an intelligence official with expertise in cyber operations told Just the News. "Verified reports about one incident probably got conflated with speculation about another."</p><p>The "verified reports" involve a July raid on a German server that hosted sensitive, hacked files from U.S. law enforcement agencies, authorities said. The files reportedly were accessed over the summer, in the course of a Houston data breach.</p>

The government’s long-running and destructive effort to control our nation’s economy at all levels, which went into overdrive this year with the advent of COVID-19, barely slowed for the speed bump that was the November 3 election. The current pattern has become distressingly clear and sadly predictable: issue declarations and then shame people into following them. Without any science to support many of their recommendations, unelected bureaucrats and politicians enamored of the power their status provides, continue to propose radical and often nonsensical measures. The American people can see this system at work simply by skimming through Joe Biden’s official...

Hunter Biden, hello? At the end of a panel discussion this morning on CNN's New Day about President Trump's challenges to the election results, co-host John Berman swiped at Rudy Giuliani: "And by the way, you know, there are reports in The Times and other places that Rudy Giuliani wants to charge $20,000 a day for his "legal services." And yes, that did merit air quotes right there. And there have been these questions about, oh, is Rudy maybe lacking mental acuity, has he slipped a little bit? You know, I think we can stop grading him on a curve....

Floyd County, GA: After a FULL day of rescanning, counting, & software techs troubleshooting, election officials (while VERY transparent), still had NO answer as to what caused 2700 votes to go uncounted. Dominion techs said they could not comment. Listen to this! @RealAmVoice

President Trump could be on his way out, but he’s still making waves in D.C. Last week, Trump fired Defense Secretary Mark Esper. This set minds ablaze: why would Trump fire the defense secretary with only days left in his term? The speculation is that Esper was sacked over his refusal to remove American troops from Afghanistan. Trump reportedly wants to accelerate the withdrawal of U.S. troops before he leaves the White House. Reportedly, Trump has told his advisors he wants troops home from Afghanistan by Christmas. In place of Esper, Trump has appointed Christopher Miller as acting defense secretary....

While most jurisdictions have just about finished tabulating 2020 Election results, many observers are highly unimpressed that it’s taking New York City so long to count every ballot. The New York Times released their latest look at the election data from the state and found that only 84 percent of the estimated vote total has been processed, and there is a large fraction of outstanding votes in multiple counties. By the Times’ estimation, only 56 percent of the votes have been reported from Westchester county, 60 percent from Manhattan, 64 percent in Queens, and 74 percent in the Bronx. The...

The Senate failed to advance the nomination of Judy Shelton to the Federal Reserve Board — further complicating what was an already rocky confirmation process. Shelton, a longtime Fed critic who favors a return to the gold standard, was blocked in a 50-47 vote that was shaken up by some GOP senators being absent and Vice President-elect Kamala Harris making a return to the Senate floor. Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) needed just 50 Republicans to vote in favor of Shelton to move her nomination forward. The upper house of Congress currently has a 53-47 GOP majority, meaning that...

orkers in Chinese car factories were mobilized by the People's Liberation Army on Saturday as the country stepped up its wartime preparedness with joint military and civilian drills. The PLA Army conducted its strategic military-civil "deep fusion" exercises in conjunction with the municipal government of Chongqing in southwestern China, Beijing's official military news site JS7tv reported the day after. Among the protocols simulated was a requisition order for large platform trailers. Automobile factories temporarily repurposed their equipment and staff in order to convert 20-ton semi-trailer trucks into wider, sturdier vehicles capable of transporting a 40-ton Type 59 main battle tank...

Why wouldn't Democrats use any possible means at their disposal to remove Donald Trump from the White House? It makes perfect, logical sense, doesn't it? This column is not a listing of all the evidence supporting the Trump campaign's legal arguments that anonymous election officials worked behind closed doors to game their state's balloting systems so that mail-in votes would put their preferred candidate, Joe Biden, into the White House. Making that argument is not my job, and the Trump campaign has a whole host of attorneys putting together legal arguments to handle that task. Instead, my intention is to...

Independent journalist Megyn Kelly is pulling her children out of school and leaving New York City after her boys’ school promoted a call to “reform white children” and accused white people of “reveling in their state-sanctioned depravity” and slaughtering black people. Kelly, who founded Devil May Care Media, revealed a letter that her boys’ school administrators circulated among parents and faculty during an episode of her podcast, “The Megyn Kelly Show,” on Monday. Kelly said that she and her husband were pulling their children out of school and leaving New York City over the “out of control” racial social justice...

As many parts of the (so-called) developed world enter second lockdowns, and people line up for miles in their cars seeking food handouts in Texas, the less developed nations are busily discovering Cvoid-19 treatments that actually work. Really well. They work in an outpatient setting, in mild, moderate and severe cases of Covids-19. They work prophylactically. As always, I present the studies for your thoughtful examination.

The recent switch away from Daylight Savings Time marks the annual end of “summer time” for most Americans, and this year we turned back our clocks two days before the presidential election. For many this heralds the onset of so-called Seasonal Affective Disorder, or SAD.This social affliction could be far worse this year as Democrats impose tyrannical control to essentially lock people in their homes. These new shutdowns interfere with Americans mingling with family and friends during the upcoming holidays. The “dark winter” that Joe Biden promised in the final presidential debate will become a reality if he becomes president. Fortunately,...

John Ziegler @Zigmanfreud Elex, you are TOTALLY missing the point here. It is not that King Newsom made a “mistake,” it is that this clearly exposes that he doesn’t believe his own restrictions are remotely legitimate/needed. He is telegraphing he knows they are just political theater. THAT is the issue! Quote Tweet Elex Michaelson @Elex_Michaelson · 13h Here is CA Gov. Gavin Newsom attending a friend's birthday at the French Laundry in Napa on 11/6. The diner who took these pictures sent them exclusively to @FOXLA. She was surprised to see the Gov. with so many other families. He's apologized...
