Independent journalist Megyn Kelly is pulling her children out of school and leaving New York City after her boys’ school promoted a call to “reform white children” and accused white people of “reveling in their state-sanctioned depravity” and slaughtering black people.
Kelly, who founded Devil May Care Media, revealed a letter that her boys’ school administrators circulated among parents and faculty during an episode of her podcast, “The Megyn Kelly Show,” on Monday. Kelly said that she and her husband were pulling their children out of school and leaving New York City over the “out of control” racial social justice agenda in the city’s schools.

I've read the blog post containing the "killer cop" remark she cites. Here's the quote in context:
Black children are suspended, detained, “demerited” and isolated in schools for trivial things every day. And there’s a killer cop sitting in every school where White children learn. They hear the litany of bad statistics and stereotypes about “scary” Black people in their classes and on the news.
From this it looks like the "killer cop" the blog's author refers to is the school's resource officer. If so, Megyn has a compelling reason for removing her kids from NYC schools and her family from NYC. The SRO in any school does two vital things: 1) help maintain discipline so learning can occur and 2) provide an immediate, lethally armed response to any evil subhuman that invades a school trying to murder as many kids as he can before he's stopped.
Too bad she went evil on Trump, but good for her.
Neither her kids nor anyone else’s kids should have to deal with this crap.
It is crippling NYC’s minority students as well, by injecting them with a poisonous ideology, while lowering expectations, standards and requirements for them even further.
Lucky you that you have enough money to do this.

Her departure reminds me of the old saying: a conservative is a liberal who has been mugged.
Not sure why we should seek to fight in court to force the school to refrain from teaching blatant racism.
