I don’t see how people can afford to live there..
MEgan got paid $27 million dollars to go to NBC on a three year contract.
IF you were getting $7 million/year you could afford to live pretty much anywhere in Manhattan other than a penthouse on Park Ave.
You could live in CT or Westchester County, NY and take the train in. There are/were FReepers that do/did that everyday.
I know a guy who works at Goldman Sachs on Park Ave. He lives in Darien, CT. He drives to 5 minutes to the train station and takes the train( less than 1hr) to Grand Central Station everyday. Then its another 10 minute walk to his office.
