Christian leaders launch legal challenge against ban on services in England and Wales More than 100 Christian leaders have launched a legal challenge against the ban on communal worship in England under lockdown restrictions. They claim worship has been “criminalised” and the ban has “inflicted a terrible human cost” on congregations for whom collective worship is a core element of their religious life. The restrictions on public worship, they argue, breach article 9 of the European convention on human rights which protects the right to freedom of religion. The claim for judicial review by 122 church leaders from different traditions...

LITTLE ROCK (KATV) — A box of ballots was discovered Monday afternoon at the Pulaski County Election Commission, according to a letter from the director of elections to the chair and two commissioners. Later the box was determined to be mislabled. Early on Monday, Director of Elections Bryan Poe said that during the sealing of absentee provisional boxes, he found a box labeled "Count-OVI signed" in a secure storage area, that was set apart from the other boxes. After inspecting the box he said he saw a "full absentee ballot packets, including the mailing envelope, ballot only envelope and voter...

Church said restrictions targeting houses of worship violate the First AmendmentThe Roman Catholic Diocese of Brooklyn is turning to the Supreme Court over coronavirus restrictions that New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo imposed that include limits on how many congregants can gather for religious services. The emergency court filing, submitted Thursday, compares the prohibitions houses of worship face with the relative freedom afforded to many businesses under an order that Cuomo issued in October, in which he designated color-coded zones with varying degrees of limitations. “While this Executive Order effectively closes churches and other houses of worship, all businesses deemed 'essential'...

Celebrating Thanksgiving by entering someone’s home and spreading a lethal infectious disease is a little too darkly ironic anyway. Take the opportunity to think about what you love most about the day. Focus on how to re-create that, and even build on it. Maybe learn to cook one of the dishes that someone else usually brings to dinner. Think of the people you actually look forward to seeing, and call them. Think of the people you don’t look forward to seeing, and don’t call them. Appreciate that you can’t get cornered by some annoying second cousin; you save money on...

Joe Biden and Kamala Harris claim they are scheduled to receive a national security briefing on Tuesday, despite the fact that the election results are still being challenged and ballots are still being counted. Forbes reporter Andrew Solender tweeted a press release from the “transition team” about the meeting on Monday evening.

WASHINGTON — President Donald Trump's National Security Council is preparing for "a very professional transition," because it looks like Joe Biden has won the election, national security adviser Robert O'Brien said in comments that aired Monday. His remarks stood in stark contrast to those of the president, who tweeted falsely just before midnight Sunday, "I WON THE ELECTION," as he continued to make baseless claims of widespread fraud. Twitter put a warning label on the tweet, noting that "official sources have called this election differently." The president's top security official, known as a Trump loyalist, offered a different view....

t’s 2020, a year of endless misery and despair, but things are finally looking up: Barack Obama is publishing yet another autobiography. Yay! It’s his third one, I think. Or is it his fourth? After a person writes a certain number of autobiographies, I start to lose count. But thank goodness he’s still here, in every form of media known to man, to scold us all. At a mere 768 pages, Obama’s A Promised Land is volume one of two. He has so much more to tell us about himself, and it’s only $27 a copy in hardcover. Compared to...

It’s New Year’s Eve, and you’re lying in bed vomiting maraschino-hued bile into a small Mason jar. The room is spinning, your partner is shaking their damn head, and you are zonked out of your mind and longing for death. This is a strictly hypothetical situation, because I am a skilled wordsmith with a penchant for devising such boozy scenarios. But if I had personally lived this experience—which I haven’t—I’d probably be interested in a way to quickly clear excess booze from my body. Fortunately, the Canadians are on the case: according to The Guardian, researchers in Canada have discovered...

BURBANK, CA—Disney has edited its controversial scene from The Mandalorian, where The Child eats an unfertilized alien egg, so that the creature affectionately known as "Baby Yoda" will simply eat an unborn human baby instead. Apologizing for the scene that angered many corners of the internet with Baby Yoda eating pretend CGI eggs, the studio announced that Baby Yoda will simply abort an unborn baby instead. "Many people were angered that Baby Yoda ate an unfertilized, entirely fictional alien egg, and we believe they will find this far less offensive," said one producer of the show. "It's just a human...

Trump Attorney Sidney Powell joined Mark Levin on Monday to discuss the latest evidence the ballot fraud in the 2020 presidential election. During their discussion Sidney DROPPED A BOMB! The Trump campaign has a witness who was present for the creation of the Smartmatic system when it was used to steal at least one election for Hugo Chavez in Venezuela. Sidney Powell: I’ve got a firsthand witness. In fact I’ve just emailed you an affidavit from a witness who can now be used publicly. It’s redacted in some places but he was present for the creation of the system for...

“Here’s what I would do. Let me tell you what health experts have said to me,” Biden began. “They strongly urge that, if, in fact, we’re going to have Thanksgiving with anyone, that we limit it to maximum, maximum, they suggest five people, maximum 10 people, socially distanced, wearing masks, and people who have quarantined,” he explained. Biden said he has been discussing how his own family will handle Thanksgiving this year and told reporters that they have successfully “narrowed down which family members” will attend, adding, “and that they were tested, recently tested within 24 hours.” He then urged...

First things first: focus on voter fraud in 2020. But what is the bigger picture of the Dems election strategy network? For a moment I want to look ahead or more accurately, ‘look behind’. After voter fraud is proven and Trump is established in his second term there should be investigations to determine the role of fraud in previous elections. When Biden made his comment about creating the best-ever voter fraud system, we all know that was not just ‘mis-speak’ from a gaffe-prone candidate. 2016: Trump won. But I speculate that his true margin of victory was much larger if...
